Just 2.5 miles from Englewood Beach in Manasota Key, the sandy shores of the gulf are within a short drive or bike ride’s reach. Whether you love to swim, fish, go shelling, shark tooth hunting, or other water activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, there’s something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an inviting open concept, creating a seamless flow from the modern kitchen to the cozy living area.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The bedrooms and bathrooms are setup in a way that provides both privacy and convenience. The master bathroom is integrated into the master bedroom. For added versatility, the second bathroom and bedroom are separated by a pocket door, creating a distinct and private space – an ideal setup for two families or couples traveling together. This thoughtful design ensures that everyone enjoys their own retreat, making your stay a perfect blend of togetherness and personal space.

Sunroom & Lanai
Enjoy the Florida breeze in the screened lanai, indulge in some friendly competition at the gaming table, or unwind in the bright sunroom with a good book.

Outdoors
Venture outdoors to the cozy fire pit or cook a delicious meal in the grill. Backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. Enjoy the complimentary bikes for exploring the neighborhood. There is a selection of beach gear at your disposal including towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach wagon, boogie boards, shark tooth rake / sifter, and sand soys.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire house and yard, except for the shed in the backyard. Garage should be accessed only for use of washer and dryer and to retrieve the provided bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear. The rest of the garage and its contents are for owner use only.

Location

The home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to everything you need.

-Publix and CVS less than a mile away.

-Englewood Beach is only 2.5 miles away. There’s 3 other beaches in Manasota Key (Stump Pass, Blind Pass, and Manasota Beach).

-Dearborn Street is less than 3 miles away. Here you can find great restaurants, shops, and a farmers market (open Thursdays, October - May).

-Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park is only 3 miles away. This park which has plenty of amenities including a large heated outdoor pool (open to the public for a low admission fee), pickleball courts, tennis courts, picnic shelters, playground, skate park, and more.

-Oyster Creek Golf & Country Club is about 2 miles away and open to the public.

Other things to note
Our thermostat is locked to not be set below 70 degrees or above 80 degrees. We want to ensure you are comfortable while also ensuring optimal system performance.

Please note that while we have high cleaning standards and regular pest control services, there may be occasional bugs due to our location and climate. We are unable to guarantee nor offer a refund for an occasional bug that might make it inside our house. Please help us by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly and storing food in a responsible manner. Thank you!

Pets/Animals: Dogs are allowed with a $50 pet fee per dog, per stay (maximum 2 dogs). No cats. Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, or cushions. Guests must clean up after pets immediately and properly dispose of waste. No pet waste may be left anywhere on the property at checkout; any remaining waste may result in an additional cleaning fee. Pets must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended; if left alone, they must be crated. Dogs must be leashed when outside. Any pet-related stains or damage may result in an additional $50–$200 fee per item.

- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside. If smoking outside, please make sure all windows and doors are closed before and during. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $300 charge for air purification.

- Early check-in or late check-out is not permitted without authorization. Unauthorized late check-out that delays our cleaning team will incur a $120 fee.

- Due to deed restrictions, no RV or boat parking is permitted.

- Be aware that if house rules are violated and/or the property has been involved on some sort of damage, penalty fees will apply.

Security camera/recording device
Exterior surveillance cameras are installed and visible for the safety of guests & property (driveway & front door). Tampering, covering & disabling these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds. There are no cameras indoors, on the lanai or backyard.

Checkout Instructions:
-Check all dresser drawers for personal belongings.
-Gather used towels.
-Load and start the dishwasher; no dirty dishes in the sink.
-Rinse off sand before entering, and clean up any that gets inside right away.
-Leave slept-in beds unmade; do not strip the beds.
-Ensure the trash is taken out. Pick up is Mondays for both, regular trash (green lid) and recycling (yellow lid).
-Turn off all utilities.
-Lock up; make sure to close all windows and doors.
-Please treat my home with care and keep it as tidy as you would your own.
