The open concept design living area is the home's heartbeat, successfully combining the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and backyard doors allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day, and together with the bright floors and tasteful décor, create a feeling of warmth and coziness.



Three comfortable bedrooms are designed to offer all the rest you need after a long day of exploring North Port, its attractions, and picturesque beaches.



If you don't feel like going to the beach but want to cool off and soak up the sun, you don't have to go farther than the enclosed backyard with a luxurious swimming pool and heated spa!

★ ENCLOSED POOL AREA & BACKYARD ★



**The heater for the spa/pool are set to run on schedules. Spa will heat from 6pm till 11:30pm pool will heat from 8am till 6pm. If you would like to use the spa earlier please just send me a message and I can turn it on remotely before the run time** Please also keep in mind the pool may be between 75-85 depending on the temp outside during winter and temps can get over 90 in the summer

Or rest those worn muscles from your day out exploring in the heated spa. The backyard backs up to a waterway and also features a spacious lawn, ideal for outdoor relaxation and activities.

The Neighborhood:

The house is nestled in a serene and friendly North Port, FL neighborhood. This prime location offers a perfect getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle and big-city crowds while being just a few mins away from sunny beaches and the vibrant downtown area full of excellent restaurants, shops, and attractions.



North Port is rich with archeological history and beautiful natural springs – including Warm Mineral Springs, which maintains an 85-degree temperature year-round and has one of the highest mineral contents in the world.



Adventurous canoeing and kayaking opportunities are available within the city's estimated 80 miles of freshwater canals, the Myakkahatchee Creek during the summer months, and the Myakka River. North Port is the only city in the state with an entire state forest inside its city limits – the 8,000-acre Myakka State Forest. The city boasts several miles of horse trails, mountain bike trails, natural hiking paths, and bird-watching opportunities.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. If you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

Other Things to Note:

Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.

No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.

Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.



★SAFETY ★

There are 4 cameras located on the property, one facing the driveway, one on the right side of the house towards the front door and 2 in the back. They are not monitored cameras but they do record and are there for yours and our safety



★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.



★ GARAGE ★

The garage is not for guest use, the inside laundry door will remain locked during stay



★ POOL HEATING ★

During the cooler months there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 40 days. Pool/spa is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm Spa will heat 7-11pm.
