Things to Note:

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 28y/o to be able to book the property.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY house, max 2 dogs (No cats). We charge a non-refundable pet fee and pet- owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.

- There is a RING Doorbell camera. All for our guest's security.
