Life is better on the water, Sweetwater that is! Welcome to our rustic vacation cottage located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens, only steps away from the beautiful Mullica River in Sweetwater, NJ. We may not be on the river, however, we do have partial river views with multiple options for Mullica River access within walking distance. Speaking of location, we are also within walking distance to the well-known Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, (open seasonally w/ exception of special events.)

Great cottage in the pines not far from A.C.
I stayed here because my wife and i were going to attend an event in A.C.. We wanted to bring our dog and my mother-in-law. This place was perfect for us. The yard was fenced in so that the dog could run free in the spacious yard. Beds were very comfortable. The house is walking distance from a decent bar and grill where we ate before attending the event. Loved the shower and the owner left us plenty of products to use along with clean towels. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions about the local area. My wife and I are coffee and tea drinkers and the owner fully stocked the Keurig. Really loved the stay wish we had more time. The house is about a half hour drive from A.C. so you can enjoy the time there but then go back to your perfect little cottage in the pines and get away from the chaos and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Quaint little cottage
The place was cute, very nicely decorated. Host was generous with goodies for arrival. In addition had a nice book describing area attractions.

Fantastic!
The cottage was clean, beautiful and had anything you could possibly need. I was grateful the host responded quickly as the reservation was last minute due to a funeral in a nearby town and she was so helpful! We really appreciated her kindness and understanding when we arrived so late due to flight delays. We'd love to stay here again, especially when it's warm and we can enjoy the river!

Good Spot - Really Nice Place to Stay.
Stayed over NYE visiting family in the area. Great little cabin. Had every thing we needed and then some. Good communication by the host.

Great cottage nicely updated
We enjoyed this cottage for our stay. It is nicely updated and provided all we needed during our stay. They even left us all the necessary items to make s’mores at the fire pit.
