The Space:

Nestled in the heart of serene and picturesque Cayman Kai, welcome to Jelly Kai, Unit A9 located at Kaibo Yacht Club Phase 2.



As you step into this recently renovated second-floor condo, you'll immediately feel the tranquil ambiance that the Cayman Kai area is renowned for. The condo's recent and meticulous renovation (Summer 2023) spared no expense, creating a welcoming retreat that will ensure that you and your family feel right at home.



Upon entry, you'll be greated by the spacious kitchen and dining areas which are fully equipped, and ready to ignite your inner chef. You'll find everything you need to whip up scrumptious meals and enjoy them right in the comfort of your island haven.



The living room is a social haven, decorated with comfortable sofas that can accommodate up to five guests and if required, the three-seater sofa converts into a cozy sofa bed, offering you even more comfort and space for your island adventures.



The master bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, boasting a cozy king-sized bed that offers unobstructed views of the stunning Cayman Kai beach and the North Sound. Imagine waking up to the breathtaking beauty of this tropical paradise right at your bedside.



Step out from the master bedroom onto your screened-in covered patio, a true oasis and the perfect spot to lose yourself in the tropical vibes, letting the gentle island breezes sweep you away.



The 2nd guest bedroom, offers a queen-sized bed and is also comfortabled sized for 2 guests. Both bedrooms come with their own TVs, allowing you to retreat to your private domain for a cozy movie night or to catch up on your favorite shows.



Jelly Kai is in the perfect location conveniently located within a short walk to the Kaibo marina, cafe, restaurant, and watersports.



Embark on snorkeling and scuba adventures as charters depart from the Kaibo Marina, or hop aboard the Cayman Ferry for a delightful journey to Camana Bay and along the renowned Seven Mile Beach corridor.



For those seeking a taste of aquatic wonder, the Rum Point Club which is a short distance away, beckons with its tantalizing snorkeling spots, carefree barefoot swimming, and an array of exciting watersports.



Don't forget to wander just five minutes west of the condo to beautiful Starfish Point, where magic unfolds with every step. To make your beachside escapades even more enjoyable, we provide beach chairs, yours to take with you to Starfish Point or Rum Point Beach.



When the sun bids adieu, be adventurous take a kayak tour of the Bioluminescent Bay, where the water dances with an enchanting glow under the canopy of stars.



When you decide to retreat back to the property, you'll discover a haven of relaxation, with a generously appointed pool deck, complete with an abundance of sun loungers beckoning you to bask in the warm rays of the sun.



The shared pool which is heated during the winter months, is available for your enjoyment, and even features a hot tub overlooking a pristine stretch of white sandy beachfront.



Seaside hammocks sway gently in the breeze, inviting you to lose yourself in tranquil moments by the sea.



The serenity of the area, combined with the easy accessibility to explore other parts of the island, makes Jelly Kai, unit A9, the perfect base for your Cayman Islands adventure.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit and all of the on site facilities including the fresh water pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and beach.



The Neighborhood:

This is a fantastic location. In perfectly nestled in Kaibo Yacht Club Condominiums, in the heart of Kaibo; close to bars and restaurants and a 3 minute drive to one of Cayman’s most favored beaches Rum Point. The condo is placed directly on the ocean so you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of the ocean and the beauty of the stars at night.



Getting Around:

Rent a vehicle during your stay, giving you more flexibility to explore the island on your own terms, without the high expense of renting taxis.



Other Things to Note:

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.



While it may not be necessary for everyone, we recommend bringing sea shoes.



Small dogs (maximum of 30 lbs.) are welcome. Guests would have to get approval from the property manager. In addition to the standard cleaning fee and refundable security deposit (refundable security deposit mentioned above), $250 nonrefundable pet fee is required. All dogs entering the Cayman Islands must have an Import Permit issued by the Department of Agriculture.



We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.

This unit is professionally managed by Property Management Cayman who will be the main point of contact should guests have any questions or issues during their stay.

Lovely location with a quiet beach and pool area and a beautiful view. A short walk to Starfish point and easy to take the ferry across to 7 mile beach. The condo is spacious and has some nice updates as described, but could use new mattresses and a few essential kitchen items.

Paradise...literally. The condo and the beach was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place. It's extremely clean and updated. I cannot say enough about how much we lived it here.

The unobstructed beach view was amazing! And we were right there! And such an unexpected bonus to have a fully screened lanai! Next door to an amazing restaurant! Housekeeping was 5 stars! Made good use of the washer and dryer. The pool looked amazing, but we never took the opportunity to use it. We only stayed 2 nights here as we stayed the majority of our time on 7-mile beach but think next time we come we will spend the majority of our time here as we loved getting away from the more populated areas. It was a short drive to many of the things we wanted to see. There was also a nice grocery store within a very short drive. We would definitely stay there again in a heart beat!

Peace of Paradise in Cayman Kai

Gorgeous condo with peaceful views of the pool, beach and bay! The renovations are clean, crisp, and stunning. Exceptional location for catching boat excursions and ferry! Just footsteps from the condo to Kaibo Yacht Club dock. Additionally, footsteps to coffee shop and Kaibo restaurant and bar. Plus, only 1 mile to Rum Point to enjoy lunch/dinner or a day at the beach where you can rent jet skis and other beach equipment. We will return without hesitation!
