Bienvenue au 7UP du Kaibo Yacht Club, un condo au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage du Kaibo Yacht Club, magnifiquement meublĂ© et Ă©quipĂ©, situĂ© dans le paisible Cayman Kai, dans la partie nord de l’üle de Grand Cayman. Ce condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain est amĂ©nagĂ© avec du mobilier en bois dans des couleurs relaxantes. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size qui surplombe la mer calme du dĂ©troit du nord de Grand Cayman avec une salle de bains privative et de grands rangements.
 placard. La salle de bain d'invité a un lit queen size avec une belle vue de jardin du complexe. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine pour des vacances confortables et pratiques, loin de chez vous. Café et thé fournis. Télévision par cùble et accÚs Internet haut débit, avec un assortiment de jeux et de DVD pour une escapade romantique ou une fantastique aventure en famille au paradis!

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, il y a 4 chaises de plage, une glaciÚre et un parasol, si vous décidez d'explorer l'ßle pour la journée! Aussi un barbecue (charbon fourni) jouets de plage et des flotteurs. Ce condo fournit tout pour une expérience parfaite des ßles Caïmans!

Great location

Perfect for 2 to 4 people. The property had pretty much everything you would need. Bath soap shampoo and conditioner. More than enough towels for beach and bath.

Winter trip

What an amazing place! It was perfect for pure relaxation. Not a party house (thank goodness!). It was very comfortable, well equipped, easy to get to, and close to Starfish Point and Rum point. We had the best time here. Will definitely return!

Amazing place to stay

We had a wonderful family vacation at the 7 Up condo. The condo was very well equipped and stocked with towels etc. The location made it so easy to picked up just outside at the beachfront. The pool and hot tub were lovely too at the property. Always able to park the rental vehicle.

Great location

It was so great to be away from the busy part of the island. Property was exactly as described. The only improvement would be to have a cooler to take to the beaches, which really isn’t a real complaint.

Beautiful & Serene

The condo was clean, updated & steps from the water & also the pier to leave for excursions. Kaibo was our next door neighbor & had the best morning coffee & then afternoon drinks & food! Lunch & dinner on the beach was the best! We used the bikes included to take a less than 5 min ride to starfish point & had the place to ourselves in the morning! There were bird scooters lying around for us to use too. Rum point being a mile down the road was great fun too- left for the bio bay kayak tour from there. What a great time!

Quiet cove

This was the perfect getaway on the beach for us. Nice view from the large lanai, quiet water for kayaking or paddleboarding, and at the end of the day, a dip in the hot tub. We would stay again.

Great Stay in Paradise!

Relaxing Vacation

This property was exactly as listed. There was plenty of space, welcome brews (both beer and coffee), and a fully functioning AC unit (it was very hot outside!). I would definitely stay again which is the highest compliment I can give. If you want a relaxing and off the beaten path location - this is it!

Quiet paradise

This special property is located away from all of the traffic chaos of Biden town and Georgetown. It’s a beautiful location with a very high-quality restaurant next-door. Bike riding or walking to nearby Starfish Point for snorkeling , beaching and fly fishing made the stay even more special.

30 Year Anniversary

We absolutely loved this place. 7-up unit was located in a perfect spot with an amazing view! We spent every meal on the Lanai and even evening cocktails. We will be coming back!

We were impressed with this beautiful, well-appointed condo at the Kaibo Yacht Club. Overlooking the bay and beach, with a lively, friendly vibe, it was just the place to relax & unwind. The owner, Lynn, was a pleasure to deal with - knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Had a great vacation!!!

Great place!

The 7 Up condo was a great place to stay. Very close to the Kaibo Restaurant and Rum Point. We went on daily bike rides and kayaked to Starfish Point straight from the condo. Went deep sea fishing with Slackem in which they picked us up on the dock in the condo complex.
