Welcome to Your Disney Vacation Home!

Clear Creek is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World and a zoned resort rental community, has ever been a sought-after destination for Disney vacationers. Despite in the vicinity of major attractions and essential daily activities, the community is in a quiet local neighbourhood away from humming traffic.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests or 2 families. It has one king and a queen bed with LCD/Smart TV in each room. The two kid’s rooms with bunk beds are decorated for their delights. Small children are welcome with a crib, a high chair and a stroller (free of use). Seniors walk effortlessly around villa's leveled layout. The laundry facility refreshes your clothes during the stay at the villa. With its fully equipped eat-in kitchen, the villa affords you a wide range of family dinning options while homeaway. All supplies are just a short trip to the supermarket 1/2 mile off the community entrance.

After a fun day at the Parks, you may surf the web via villa's free WiFi access. You may also splash in the large, screened swimming pool in the private backyard. If you just want to kick back, simply lie down on the poolside lounge under the Florida sun. Our great room presents a 48' large screen flat panel TV of 200+ free channels. Besides, phone calls to US, Canada and Puerto Rico are free. For the safety of little ones, a removable child safety fence has been installed all around the pool.

Great stay despite the hurricane.

The house has everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Owner and management t group are great to work with. This is not our first vacation at this house and we hope to come back next year.

Clear Creek Villa

Well proportioned 4 bed villa in an excellent location. Ideal for the parks or travelling around this area of Florida. I gave it 4 out of 5 purely because in a couple of areas the property was a little tired on general eg.poolside furniture. But it was clean and functional. We had three minor problems that could happen anytime, to which the management companies response was excellent. Someone called within the hour to repair or replace. Overall I would recommend this villa.

Small to big families encouraged

With two sets of bunk beds, a pool and four bedrooms this was great for our family of five. We had plenty of space, things were nice and clean. Only complaint is the property lacks a lot of simple things I’d say make it a vacation home away from home, like trash bags, face towels, cooking seasonings, dish and laundry detergent. If you are staying more than one or two nights you need these items, so just plan to bring or buy them. Area is nice with a Walmart, lots of food options, and a grocery store nearby. Overall, would recommend!

Very clean home, nice neighborhood

The only drawback to this property was there wasn't any paper products or soap stocked in the house. We couldn't empty trash or do any of my grandsons dishes because there wasn't anything available. If you choose this house, the price is right but bring your own soap and paper products to avoid stress runs to Walmart because you run out of toilet paper.

Great place to stay!

This was an amazing place to stay! It was very spacious, very clean and had little helpful notes around. Very nice owner answered all my questions very quick. The only thing I didn't see and that it was a big deal for me was the pool closure to keep the kids out the pool area. They did put alarms on the doors though so I'm guess that was the replacement that still worked, but that was the only thing that was different to me, that mattered. Thank yall for making this a great home away from home!!💜

Nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house was very large and had everything the listing said it should. My family had plenty of space and was able to enjoy some leisure time away from the parks. The private pool was nice and very warm since we opted to pay for the heat. The washer and dryer were huge, which was nice as we didn't have to pack a ton of clothes, and there were plenty of extra towels for the pool. On the downside, the house definitely had a little wear and tear, but that didn't detract from our stay. Also, since we were there on President's Day week, the traffic on 192 was horrendous, so it made the 8 mile drive some days take 30 - 45 minutes, but I guess that's to be expected during such a busy time. Overall, for the price, I would definitely recommend this house for larger travel parties.

Nice, Convenient, and Easy

Everything was very easy. Renting was easy, arrival was easy, check out was easy. The house was great, and perfect for what we needed if for. It was just my wife and I, and our two little boys. This was seriously TOO much house, but was perfect for the price! Easily could have hosted another 4 or so people with room to spare. Getting to the Parks and Disney Springs was very easy and convenient(a bit further away than I had hoped, but the near straight shot to these destinations made up for that). Located with tons of different shops and easy access to anything you needed. My only issue was that I had requested early check-in, and the owner said she would check with the property managers, but she never got back to me to let me know whether it was OK or not.

Wonderful place to stay!

What a beautiful home this was. Very close to the theme parks and shopping centers. The pool was nice and the safety fence was perfect. They provided so much for a baby I could have packed way less. They had plenty of toys for small kids my children had a great time. My family and I look forward to booking this home again.

If your group is only adults and older children I would give five stars

Overall very good, I felt it was good value for the price. My only reason for taking off a star, is that many of the window locks were broken including in the children’s bedroom. If you have young children this is a very big safety concern.

Game room not useable and unlockable windows but overall ok house

This house overall was ok. The pool was the best part since we had it heated. We ate lunch outside each day and didn’t have any issues with the pool and general spaces. The windows in one of the side rooms doesn’t lock and neither windows in the main bedroom lock. This was quite concerning given this major security risk but we had a short stay thankfully. The game room in the garage is not usable, the air hockey table doesn’t seem to push out any air and the game boards don’t turn on. The foosball table was missing the game ball so overall couldn’t use any of those games in the garage. If you’re looking to play the games you see in the picture you’ll be disappointed like I was. The house was ok otherwise, there were cute toys for the kids to play with in one of the kids room and the space was open and comfortable. Like I said we spent most of our time in the pool which was great and warm. I’ve already reached out to the owner so hopefully they can get the windows fixed quickly.

Decent Stay w some faults

The house was fairly close to description, very quiet neighborhood. However, the limited towels on property were fairly dirty and we had to go to the store to get our own to use. We ran out of toilet paper the first day of our two day stay as well and had to buy spares as well. The pool was great and Virginie ensured it was heated as needed. The arcade room in the garage was not accessible, there were no foosball balls and the air hockey table did not work. The master bedroom was nice and bed very comfortable. The two bunk beds were hard to sleep in as the mattress was dated and was pretty hard. I think We could do better bang for our buck else where, but last minute it was a decent stay.

Disney Vacation

We stayed 3 weeks in this lovely home. Very accommodating for our needs. First couple of weeks just adults. Enjoyed the pool. Our last week we had our grandchildren. They loved the bedroom themes. The boys loved the Sponge Bob room. We had 2 year old twins so the pac n play and high chair really helped only had to bring on of each. It was being so close to Disney we did three parks. All the comforts of home.

Great Stay

Very nice home in a quite neighborhood. Lay-out of the house allows good separation for families and privacy. Enjoyed morning breakfast in the lanai watching two Hornbill cranes and their two babies, visit every morning. Also saw many species of animals and birds as the property abuts a wooded area. The pool was very nice and warm. We did pay for the optional pool heat for some of the cool nights and it was well worth it for us. My grandchildren especially had a great time in the pool and using the game room in the garage. Their favorite quote at the Disney parks was, " Can we go back to the house and swim in the pool" Very short ride to Disney and very convenient to restaurants, post office, grocery and major shopping stores. Would love to stay at this home again.

Great place, highly recommend staying here!

This is a great place to stay during your vacation. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for meals. Our two small kids enjoyed the themed rooms and loved the pool and game room. The pool was great. It did have small blue dots floating in it from the cover so a new cover may be needed but that’s not a big deal. It’s a great location with multiple restaurants, stores and gas stations within minutes. Disney is 15-25 minutes away (based on traffic) and Clearwater beach is about 1.5 hours with traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This villa has the most important factor for us: sunny private pool with an overview on a well-maintained backyard and a conservation view. This makes our pool deck so relaxing after busy days exploring the area !

We also choose this community for its charming tranquility and the proximity to all Cagan's crossings shops and Wal-Mart.

A 'plus' is also the location: just 1 1/2 mile north of the junction of US27 and US192. This location makes it a perfect central point out: near all attractions, but also really quiet.
