Kitchen had everything we needed. Found a pack-in-play in the closet which was much needed. All the rooms has good space and the whole house was clean.

Very responsive host, worked with us for altered check in and check out. Perfect area for our needs. Host gets 5 stars. Only 2 parking spots, on a busy road that we couldn't park on because it was a snow route. Cons:I would disagree with the "sleeps 12" in the description For our specific needs the gathering area was not large enough.

House is exactly as it is shown on pictures. Clean spacious and so cozy. Very accommodating for 12 people. Comfy beds, couch also very comfy. Kitchen had all necessities. Definitely would recommend.

The house was lovely. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and nicely upgraded with plenty of room. The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. Thanks for a great experience, Matt and Rachael!

We had a wonderful time visiting with our family and friends for our 1 night stay. Everything was very clean and organized and the hosts were very accommodating. The only thing I didnt care for was the lack of parking. The stairs were very steap which I assume is common in older homes. Cute and cozy home. Thank you!

We stayed here just passing through after visiting the Black Hills. It was perfect for our family and a one night stay for all of us. The location was great too because it was only minutes from a lot of restaurants and other amenities in the area. Sioux Falls was much bigger than expected and can definately feel crowded very quickly leaving the house especially during weekday rush hour times. This location was good for what we were looking for. I'm not sure it would be good spending more than a few days here though if you have a big family because of how small the house is amd how the rooms are layed out. Lets face it, we all need a break from our own kids.

One Night Stay

This house was a perfect place for a large group to get together. We really enjoyed having the larger basement bedrooms that left more room for air mattresses and beds on the floor! The gathering spaces, like the kitchen and living room, were a huge hit, and everyone was able to gather together!

Great place for a larger group

Perfect for a get together with 8 family and friends. Comphy beds, kitchen with all that was needed for a breakfast. Central location with easy access to eveything. We will stay again next time our gang gets together. Thanks Matt and Rachael from all of us.

House was great! It fit or needs great as we have a dog that needed a fenced yard. Host was prompt with all request. I would stay there again when in the area.

I am apart of a local non-profit for Veterans called: One Leg B4 the Other - we put pants on homeless and disabled veterans. Our mission is to support veterans facing weight changes or hardship, helping restore comfort, dignity, and confidence as they transition to civilian life.

Cozy home that is centrally located in Sioux Falls - the prime location makes it easy to get anywhere in town.

The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away: close to Sanford hospital, downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.

The Costa Rican Lounge is a cozy home that gives you a taste of Costa Rica. After traveling to Costa Rica a few years back, I fell in love with the jungle, volcanoes and the beaches and wanted to bring a little paradise to Sioux Falls, SD.

Along with the tropical vibes at our home, the mattresses are top notch! We use the brand of beds called JUNA and our guests love them.
