CHECK-IN

Early check-ins will be subject to availability. There may be extra charges depending on the time of arrival. Contact host for such requests.

For flexible check-in simply provide an approximate time of departure.

CHECK-OUT
---------------------
Late Checkout without approval will result in a $25 fee every 30 minutes. Late checkout past 1pm without approval will result in charging an automatic full-day rate and guests will not be able to stay for the night. Please follow checkout instructions.

For anytime checkout simply provide an approximate time of departure.

# OF GUESTS

Guests exceeding 7 must be approved by host. We welcome events. Events must be approved by host. A fee will be applied depending on the number of people and the type of event. Unreported events will be charged a fee of $500.

DURING YOUR STAY

+ We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay.
+ We provide 1-2 paper towels depending on the length of stay.
+ One towel per registered guest.
+ Three trash bags per stay.
+ Laundry pods for up to 2 loads.

We only provide starter packs. However, we do not provide refills or replenishments during your stay. Should you desire or require more, we do recommend stopping off at a local grocery store to pick up supplies you may need during your stay.

PARKING

Do not block the neighbor driveways. Outdoor parking space that fits up to 4 cars. Street parking is available.

TRASH
---------------------
Trash pick up is on Tuesdays. If you are staying on the property on Monday night, please take out trash to the street and put it facing outward. Help us keep this property clean :)

CLEANLINESS
---------------------
We have a cleaning service but common courtesy still applies. An extra cleaning service fee will be charged if the property is left in extremely untidy/messy/dirty condition. An extra cleaning charge will be applied if guests leave trash outside other than the black garbage cart.

SURROUNDINGS

PETS
---------------------
Pets that are not pre-approved are prohibited. Only small breeds weighing under 30 lbs are permitted. Unreported pets will incur a charge of $250 per pet for the duration of the stay.

NO SMOKING
---------------------
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. If there is any smell or evidence of smoking inside the home, a charge of $500 will be applied for smoke remediation. If smoking outside the home, make sure to trash the remaining, and take care of the ashes. If not, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied up to $200. We have zero tolerance for weed and will cancel with no refunds.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs within premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for any loss of guest belongings, valuables, or losses to property caused by nature, utility interruption, or burglary.
