It was exactly what we needed for our stay, great location for getting around Johnson City. It is a small apartment but perfect for 2 people, the bathroom had some small issues ( toilet was a little loose/wobbly) but the cleanliness and well provisioned kitchen made up for any small negatives.

Super cute apartment! Very clean and spacious. Check in procedure, once we found out it was the lower unit and not the upper unit, was good. Very close to everything in Johnson City. Would stay here again.

I believe this was my 4th time staying in this apartment. It’s become my home away from home when I’m in JC for work. Great neighborhood! Great property!

This is a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and supplies in the bathroom. We booked it last minute, but communication with the host was very efficient and everything was ready when we arrived. It's located in a quiet residential area, and we were even able to walk to dinner at a couple of the local eateries. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for us exploring tri cities area. Unit was clean and accommodating. We like to cook, had everything we needed, appreciated the olive oil. We were notified of an AC issue, but didn't notice as host had put a window unit in before we arrived and it was perfect for size of apartment. Host also offered to move us to unit 3 if needed. Loved the record player, and a nice under porch swing for watching summer fireflies. We would definitely stay again.

Great location- within walking distance to everything we enjoy doing. Clean inside and outside the property. All appliances worked great. Quiet. Large parking area close to the entrance. Excellent property. Will look at booking again next time we’re visiting our family.

This apartment is a gem. I stayed there by myself and felt safe. Response from the mgt was timely and efficient. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen with extras. I would definitely book this spot again.

The place was extremely clean and the host was very responsive with my inquiries. I only stayed a few days so this minimalist place was super perfect for what I needed! Everything i needed was there, would stay again 100%. Also, there was a white noise machine which was a nice to have, didn't realize how nice it was to use until I used it.

We had a great stay in Johnson City. The rooms were well stocked with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the laundry. It was clean, and well-located on a lovely street near the ETSU dorms. Would recommend!!!
