Quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean with no foul odors. Pillows and bedding very comfortable along with fluffy towels and extra blankets. The portable oscillating fan is an excellent amenity added for fan sleepers like myself.

Nice apartment rental in Johnson City

Spent 5 nights here while visiting my son at ETSU. The location was perfect - near the college and downtown JC. The space was perfect for the two of us. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was quiet, and the views out the front over the mountains were lovely. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything your looking for!!

Stayed for three nights before my daughter could move into her apartment for ETSU. This listing is clean and has everything you need for the stay. Apartment is minutes away from everything in Johnson City

Perfect location, clean, highly recommend!

My 16 year old son and I booked this apartment for our trip from NY to Johnson City TN to visit my dad. This location was 5 minutes from his house so it was perfect! The apartment was very clean, and just what we needed for the week. The bed was a little firmer than I am used to so that was tough for me but everything else was perfect.

It was close to the hospital where my son was and close to everything, hospital, shopping and eating. I would recommend the owner have a railing on the stairs, the other units had one but not the one we stayed in. perhaps handles in the tub for safety with seniors like me and a small chair in the bedroom to make dressing easier. Overall we were pleased with the place.

We enjoyed this property as we went over to go skiing at Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. It was quick and easy to get to many great restaurants in Johnson City. I’d come back if we go see again. Communication was great with the owner as well.
