Perfect getaway apartment located in San Clemente's coveted "Pier Bowl." Bright and airy, this darling AirBNB is just a few short blocks away from San Clemente State Beach, coffee shops, and train station. Large rooftop deck with fire table & BBQ + tiny patio off bedroom. Enjoy fresh ocean air and seaside walking trails year-round! Sleeps 4 (adults) or 5 (two adults & three children).

* Rooftop deck above unit E is reserved for unit E and the portion of the rooftop deck above unit D is reserved for unit D. The two rooftop decks are connected by a bridge.

San Clementeâs signature palm-covered umbrellas line San Clemente State Beach (.2 miles away - walking distance), providing a sense of tropical serenity to your visit as you relax in the shade. Volleyball nets and fire-pits for roasting marshmallows add to this beachâs charm. Be sure to take a walk along the historic San Clemente Pier where you will see fishermen casting their nets and if lucky, youâll spot some dolphins or whales. Grab some clam chowder while at the base of the pier or stop by Fishermanâs Restaurant. Great surfing at this beach is a given. Note: Dogs are not allowed on the beach or on the pier, but there are great walking trails for Fido all along the beach. (See San Clemente Coastal Trail - directions) While on the walking trail, keep your eyes open for hidden painted rocks, painted by local artists! You might also find these hidden gems in Downtown San Clemente (see directions), the quintessential California beach town!

Itâs less than 5 minutes to the beach, Pier, coffee shops, the Amtrak train station (an easy ride to San Diego) and restaurants & shops on Del Mar Street. // The unit has an attached garage with a laundry machine (uses quarters). Guests can park 2 cars on the property - one inside the garage & one in the driveway (in front of first car). Please remember to close the garage door after you park your car. There is also free street parking.
