We had a great stay. House was very clean, and had all the necessities for a weekend away. We have stayed here before and will definitely return. Having garage access was great! House has plenty of space to enjoy time with the whole family.

The house was exactly as described. We had no issues, the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The yard was excellent for the dog. This was my second stay here and will be back if we are in Prescott again.

Nice place, needs deep cleaning.

Had a very bad start trying to get into the house with no communication, however we worked that out. The house is exactly as described, great amount of space, enjoyed the 3 full bathrooms. There were several live cockroaches and spiders we killed during our stay, I understand sometimes that’s just how it is. I’m assuming the guests before us had a dog, because there was little dog hair all over. It was as if someone did a quick sweep/clean. But there was still dog hair all over as well as clumps of hair in the main bathroom shower. There was an iron listed that wasn’t there, apparently they had gotten rid of it. I messaged the host and they graciously provided an iron and ironing board. That was nice! If it was cleaned properly this would be a great place to stay again!

Prescott Rodeo/ 4th of July stay

The house was perfect and cozy wherever we were. Lots of space to spread out but big cozy couch for movies or hanging out. Big backyard for our dog to run around even a dog door in the master bed room.

Very nice house in Prescott Valley!

This house is very nice. Great neighborhood with well groomed yards and quiet. The driveway was wide enough for three vehicles and the garage holds three as well. We were mountain biking so we kept our bikes in the garage. The house was well stocked and all the beds were comfortable, with clean bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. The only thing we wish we had were curtains on the master bedroom windows (in addition to the blinks) to better block out the early morning sun. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Large, Comfortable Home

Great home - We thought it was larger in person than it seemed in person. The layout of the house is nice with the master on one side of the house and the other bedrooms on the other side. Checkin and checkout was straightforward and the hosts communicated quickly and clearly. Definitely recommend.

Just what we needed

Came to town with extended family for a graduation. Stayed a few days and played around in Prescott! Nice to come back to a cozy home in the evening to fellowship with family!
