The house was nice and clean really quiet neighborhood ,We Love the big TVs in each room specially the big screen tv in the living room we really enjoy our stay there we will definitely come back there again!

All the special touches, available products in the showers, Candy cabinet, ping pong table, cute dishes and sufficient kitchen utensils. Nice size tv in living room, cozy outdoor patio. HOT COCOA and chocolate mint night cap!!!

Great house

The house is great for families. Our granddaughter loved the snack cabinet and large tv in living room. The location is nice, close to everything in Prescott Valley. We would stay again for sure.

This cute 3 bedroom was perfect for our family stay in AZ. It was close our extended family and had everything we needed and lots of extra towels.

House saved our trip.....

Saved us when another house from another short term home rental company was not wheelchair accessible. We drove from the midwest 4 days and couldn't even get thru the door because there was step and more steps inside.Great location. Great amenities. Kitchen well stocked in cookware etc. Loved the firepit. The bedroom doors are a bit narrow for a bariatric powerchair but most everything else was very nice

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the dishes we needed. The host even through in supplies for s'more's. I would stay here again.

Holiday Getaway

We rented this house over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect for what we needed. The game room was a great place for the teens and young adults to hang out. We had enough space for everyone. The owner even put up a tree for us. I would recommend this house.

2nd visit just as great

This was our 2nd time renting this property & it was just as nice as the first. Home was clean, fresh, well appointed and the property owner, Spencer, is so nice and a great communicator. We love that he offered us complimentary early check in because the property was ready early which was very kind.

Everything they show is upfront and perfect. great location -easy to get around the area - we were there to search for property to purchase - Easy to cook our meals - so much better (and cheaper) than a hotel.

Great for families!

This was a great property for us when visiting town for my son's soccer tournament. It was exactly as pictured and had great kitchen amenities, large TV's, and a great game room for the kids to be in a separate area while adults could watch TV. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend and come here again!

Really Enjoyed Stay!!

Very nice place to stay. Worked out good for our softball tourney. Good location and close to gas, food, and the fields we played at. Very clean with nice big TV in the living room. Good communication with Host also! Hope to stay here again!

Fireworks, Western History, and a Rodeo

My family and I didn't know a lot about Prescott, but we did know they had the world's oldest rodeo. So we brought my 90-year old father in law on a trip so he could see the rodeo. Having grown up on a farm in Washington he was very familiar with the event and had a great time. We also got a smart recommendation from our host and ended up going to a terrific Fireworks show in Prescott Valley which didn't require us to fight the crowds at the Prescott show. We had a blast [ha ha!] and we were quick in and quick out which my father in law really appreciated. A great host, whose recommendations were spot on! The place was just as advertised and perfect for our needs. Highest recommendation.

Perfect from Room to Fun!

First off - the Best Host! Secondly, the home was as described with everything you could think of, and more! We happened to check in (early!) on Halloween with three children in tow. TV in every room, and the game room in the garage was the highlight! Easy access to the Highway and Prescott. Quite the bang for your buck! We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable Home

First thing is Spencer is a fantastic communicator and super helpful. Home is exactly as described and photographed. Our employees loved their down time on this work trip thanks to the ping pong table, bbq and candy bar. We actually already booked a 2nd stay for work travel.

Comfortable house for family with kids

Everything was exactly as listed. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our daughter's soccer tournament. Candy cabinet was a big hit with the kids!
