You will be close to everything when you stay at this fully furnished, centrally-located new place! Less than 5 minutes to N/S I-95, local grocery, coffee shop, downtown Kennebunk with several amazing restaurants, the Eastern Trail for a great walk or snowshoeing, and many more . Less than 15 minutes to beautiful area beaches. Convenient location doesn't take away from a quiet wooded lot. Newly built accessory apartment within the last year to create a peaceful atmosphere with the amenities that you want and enjoy having! All utilities included- WIFI and smart TVs with spectrum App cable.

The space has everything you will need to stay short term or even longer term! There's also a fire pit in the backyard you are welcome to use!

Perfect fit for our needs

The four of us needed a place in the Kennebunk area for one night and this fit the bill! Very clean, convenient to town, and had everything we needed.

Cute place with everything you need

The place is cute and clean with many ammenities (beach towels, shampoo, soap, coffee). It is about a 15 minute drive to the ocean and is a short drive into Kennebunkport. The owner is very good at communicating and wanting guests to enjoy their stay.

Perfect location!!

The listing is very accurate of the actual property. We loved how secluded and quiet it was while being close to 95 and Route 1. Holly was extremely communicative of check in process and even went the extra mile to check in with us during the stay to make sure we were having a good time. We stayed with 4 adults and 1 child (age 1). This was such an enjoyable stay. 10/10 would stay here again.

Really was a great place to stay! clean , affordable , and close to everything . Nice and quiet ! Only thing that would’ve made it even better would be a little hangout area with a fire pit outside 😁 . Deff worth staying at

Amazing place and wonderful location!

Holly was outstanding from start to finish! If i had any questions she was right there to answer! The place was clean and very comfortable for me and my family and so lucky we found it! Will definately be coming back again!

Tucked away down a long driveway in a quiet wooded setting away from downtown.Apt appeared to be brand new and was super clean. For those with mobility issues apt is on one floor level with a step up shower. Host replied to all questions in a timely manner and was helpful. Nice quiet setting with all amenities .

Close to everything!

Unit was fully equipped. The apartment has no stairs and once inside, the floor is great for someone with a mobility challenge. It was a little hard to find at first because it is a long dirt driveway. The host was very responsive to all questions, both prior and during our visit. Good stay!

Kennebunk Apartment

Excellent 5/5. Squeaky clean. Located down a quiet private drive with easy access to I-95 and to also to both Kennebunk & Kennebunkport. Everything is as advertised or better, and Holly communicates timely and clearly. Modern look and feel with thoughtful application to details, all the way down to the ice cube trays.

Just Perfect

This apartment is on the first floor of a house. It is off the road and offers privacy surrounded by woods; we had no noise issues and were able to sleep beautifully. The beds are comfy and the pillows were wonderful. This apartment has both a dehumidifier, air conditioner, and fans in the bedrooms. It is clean and tidy with nice home touches. The bathroom was impeccable and provided a well enjoyed shower. You have everything you need to make a full meal.Our host was attentive to our questions and responded quickly. First timers to use Vrbo

Comfortable 2 bedrooms With nice linens and extra blankets and pillows. 1 had a tv with another tv in living area that had a futon that wasn’t too comfortable. The owner, who lives upstairs was kind enough to log us into her Netflix account. The kitchen table is small and only fits two people comfortably. The bathroom is very spacious and clean, but the shower being so new, is slippery, and I recommend a liner to be placed in there.
