Relaxing Family friendly Apartment!!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for cooking, relaxing or visiting the area. Completely set up for couples, family & friends.
Quiet apartment on the first floor with 1 car parking out back as well as free on street parking.
Close by to restaurants, shopping,airports and hospitals.
Please note there are NO Saturday check in or out, weekends are Friday to Sunday.
We are always close by if you need anything at all. This apartment has a lot to offer 
.
King room with walk in closet and private bathroom and private entrance.

Queen room off of kitchen
Another full bathroom off of kitchen.
Additional bedroom has a full size bed off of living room.

Large living room for your family to relax and watch a movie, and plenty of space for kids to play.

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook.
Water filter is changed regularly in fridge, gas stove and dishwasher.

Please put correct amount of guests when booking. Property is video monitored, we do not allow parties, smoking or vaping of any kind. Things to do:
Conveniently located near some of the best attractions New Hampshire has to offer. Close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Enjoy the beautiful foliage New Hampshire has to offer. Visit nearby hiking trails with wonderful mountain view’s. Beautiful scenery of the Southern New Hampshire College Campus about 10 minutes drive. A 3-4 minute drive to downtown Manchester, An 8 minute drive to McIntyre Ski Area skiing resort, An 9 minute drive to the Derryfield country club, and an 11 minute drive to Tri-town ice arena for ice-skating and playing hockey. I’m Take a scenic, fall foliage drive to the White Mountains or down the Kancamagus Highway.
Visit the Ice Castles up North or enjoy a day of skiing at McIntyre Ski Area, Pats Peak Ski Area or Gunstock Mountain. Enjoy a day at Hampton Beach or take a trip to Portsmouth and explore the historic downtown area. Also a great location for commuters.
Minutes to the Manchester Airport. 1 hour to Boston Logan Airport.

Kitchen was great. Living room sofa was unsitable and the only sitting place in the house. It was so uncomfortable we went and bought a second hand loveseat and chair. Showers and laundry facilities excellent. Bedroom furnished sparceley - no luggage rack - had to put luggage on the floor or on the bed because there was no bureau. We lived out of our suitcases.

We visited family at SNHU and explored the area (plenty of nearby placed to hike). The home was 10 minutes from SNHU and very close to all the downtown activities. The house was clean and well-stocked. Easy check-in and check-out. Prompt communication from owner. The home is 100% as advertised. We will seek out this home again next year for our visit.

Great place

In a terrific part of Manchester next to the best breakfast place in the city, just a short shot to downtown. And much nicer than expected.

Nice place for the holidays

We enjoyed our visit. The only reason that we gave a four star instead of a five star is that we had to move curtains around to have some darkness in the bedroom. There was a light that would go on and off, which was worse than constantly too much light. We took the drapes from the third bedroom and used them to try to block some light, and we put them back before we left. We also attempted to close the curtains behind the bed which had a big gap. Otherwise, while we didn't cook, there was an amazing amount of supplies. We did use some butter, which was nice to have. We knew the situation from the pictures, so we weren't surprised, but it might be nice to have at least one more chair in the living room. We thought we were going to have some family visit, but we didn't, somewhat because of lack of seating. We appreciated having a Christmas tree and all of the ohter decorations.

Wonderful stay

This property fit our needs perfectly. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, a beautiful kitchen and a quite neighborhood. Only 5 minutes away from the Palace theater, it couldn't have been more convenient. Will definitely be back 🙂

Girl's Trip

Had a group stay for a weekend shopping trip in Manchester and Merrimack. Very happy with everything in the listing. Comfortable, clean and easy access to area restaurants and shopping. Host was very responsive to the 2 messages I sent with simple questions. We had a smooth stay and we would book this property again.

Super Clean and Spacious

This rental was super clean and very comfortable, neatly decorated, with lots of room for 6 adults comfortably. I loved how responsive and accommodating Nancy was and will definitely stay here again on my trips to Manchester.

Wonderful stay in New Hampshire

The hosts were very accommodating and tended to our every need. The property was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to every event we went to. If we are ever in this area again, this is exactly where we want to stay.
