Une chambre d'hĂŽtes confortable, et une charmante salle de bain d'hĂŽtes avec douche et baignoire, avec un salon d'accueil avec une vue sur Morro Rock. Aussi une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e pratique, confortable chambre familiale avec un "TV 49 Ă  Ă©cran plat et belle cheminĂ©e de gaz. Profitez d'un barbecue sur la terrasse arriĂšre et de se rĂ©chauffer avec des amis autour d'un feu de camp confortable avec un verre de vin merveilleux centrale de la cĂŽte. Le salon peut ĂȘtre fermĂ© pour les arrangements de couchage en utilisant soit le canapĂ©-lit et / ou lit d'air de reine avec le stand. Notre garage spacieux avec une nouvelle laveuse et sĂ©cheuse sera facilement accueillir 2 voitures et un parking supplĂ©mentaire dans la rue. I don’t post reviews very often but really felt our stay was great from start to finish. We had a wonderful time here. The amenities are fantastic especially if you like to cook - everything we needed was there. We were there over Christmas and the weather was rainy, cold and windy but we were cozy and comfortable. I had some problems with the VRBO app but Peggy worked with me until we got everything figured out. She was also THE most responsive owner I’ve ever worked with when renting a vacation home. I highly recommend this rental!!

Lovely, inviting place to stay. The host has tried to think of what you might want/ need from beach toys, bicycles w helmets, games, keuring coffee maker and, a wonderful surprise power strips so we can plug in multiple devices to charge. Beautiful remodeled kitchen w nice assortment of pots and pans.

We love the kitchen! Everything went smoothly and was made very convenient for us guests. Walking distance to the beach which was amazing. We had a view of the rock from the living room. We even appreciate the laundry detergent. The towels smelled really good. Haha!

Cozy weekend at Capri

We came for a family weekend to see the Cayucos and Morro Bay areas. This home was so perfectly placed in the middle. We spent a whole day at the beach that is walking distance from the house. We drove easily between the coastal cities. The home itself is wonderfully furnished and organized in a great way. Everything exactly as you would hope a beach house to be. If you're looking for a helpful host, I felt great knowing she was available for issues but also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

My family and I loved our stay and the house was perfect for our family of five (me, wife, two teens, and dog). Communication was efficient and Peggy (owner) was very helpful throughout the entire process. The house was clean, organized, and located perfectly in Morro Bay. We had a wonderful time at Capri By the Sea! The home was both cozy and spacious, and the backyard was lovely and comfortable for relaxing in the evenings. As a family who loves to cook, we appreciated that the kitchen was well set up and fully stocked with all the utensils we needed and well organized. The hosts were very communicative and helpful whenever we had a question. We hope to come back again soon!

Nice N. Morro Bay ranch home near beach

We've stayed in this part of Morro Bay a couple of times and really enjoy it. It is quieter, and beach access is an easy stroll. It's a quick drive over to the main part of town, or a pleasant longer morning walk along the beach to the "rock" and then into a town if desired. This ranch style home is nice with two comfortably sized bedrooms and a front living room that can double as a third with a pullout couch. The beds are very comfortable, and plenty of pillows and blankets The kitchen has been redone, and is nicely appointed, including a variety of cooking supplies and spices. In addition to the front living room, the family room off the kitchen is large as well and has a comfy couch, fireplace, and large TV. The garage is clean, and the available cruiser bikes are a handy add. The backyard is great, with covered patio and dining table. The owners are very nice, and quick responding. All in all a very nice stay.

Family time in a beautiful place

We had a fantastic time with our family—four adults and one five-year-old. We loved that there were games, plenty of high quality cookware, and beach stuff. We walked back and forth to the beach several times each day, which took no longer than three minutes each way. The proximity to the ocean, spacious living rooms and bedrooms, and the clean, organized, and well-appointed space made it perfect for our time at the beach. Thank you!

So close to the beach you can hear the ocean from the backyard

Would definitely stay here again. Peggy was so welcoming and kind. The beds were super comfy, after long days exploring wre slept like a rock! Our teenage boys didn't want to leave!

Perfect house for family togetherness that's close to the beach and downtown Morro Bay

This home surpassed our expectations. We prepared most of our meals in the excellent kitchen! The bedrooms, dining and living rooms were arranged so there was lots of room for cousins ages 9, 11, 13, 18, and grandmother age 65 to each have their own space. Yet, also gather together for meals, barbecues, playing ping pong, or quiet time reading and playing games. We all loved the 5 minute walk to the beach for amazing sunsets and excellent beachcombing at low tide. Main street Morro Bay is a 5 minute drive for shops, restaurants, antique and gem stores, and a lovely Farmers Market on Sat afternoon. The house is also perfectly located for day trips to Cambria and San Luis Obispo. Every one of us came away rested and happy. Being in a peaceful, quiet home made all the difference for us to spend quality time with each other! Peggy was there when I had a question and she easily answered it. The bathrooms, bedrooms and extra sleeping arrangements were exactly as described. We had a wonderful time!

A little slice of coastal heaven

The property was squeaky clean, very well appointed, reasonably priced, and within both walking and short drive distance to the coast. The owner Peggy was most responsive. We rendezvoused with dear friends from Palm Springs and were very comfortable. We would go there again.

Clean, perfect little beach house.

Lovely 2 bedroom house just a few blocks from the beach. I really enjoyed biking along the bike paths into downtown Morro Bay. The house is well situated on a quiet street, very clean and cozy. Only opportunity for improvement would be more firm mattresses, my daughter slept one night on the bed and then transitioned to the pull-out couch.

Beach Weekend

Loved our stay at Capri by the Sea! Our family of three + our dog were very comfortable in the space. Very well appointed, everything we could have needed was available. Perfect location to easily access the beach. Can’t wait to come again!

Clean and quaint close to the beach.

What a nice place! Very clean and super close to the beach and Morro Rock. In a cute neighborhood. The owner was great at communicating and working with my family and I to make sure our stay was memorable. I would recommend anyone stay here if they want to enjoy Morro Bay.

A perfect weekend break

The property was wonderful. A great location and perfectly clean. The most well appointed vacation rental we have stayed in - everything was there. The table tennis was enjoyed by all.

We love this location with it’s down-to-earth and friendly neighbors. We love taking our labradoodle, Zu Zu, wine tasting with us, and for a stroll along the dog beach. We also love biking and the wonderful choices of cuisine.
