Convenient and comfortable

Very convenient to UF. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Host was extremely responsive and very kind!

Wonderful condo

We stayed here while visiting our son who is a researcher at UF with an office connected to Shands. The location couldn’t have been better. It is small but perfect for us to stay. They’ve thought of everything to make a great stay. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Only had one small issue and the owner was very quick in responding.

Awesome accommodation!

This rental was so thoughtfully stocked with anything and everything one could possibly need! We had a early morning trip and there were take away coffee mugs for us and ziplock bags for lunches. There was an abundance of toiletry items to choose from even. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving in Gainesville

Our stay was just like being home for thanksgiving. The property was exactly how the host Cristian described it. We had all of the amenities need so I can give my college kids a warm Thanksgiving dinner. The host was quick to respond, providing great check in/out instructions and was accommodating. Great place, great communication and exactly what we needed.

Birthday Getaway

This was a great little place for my daughter and I! She is a student at UF and I flew in to celebrate our birthdays
the condo was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Cristian was very responsive to every question. It is a great location- easy to walk to places, close to bus lines, etc. we will definitely remember it the next time we need a place to stay while in Gainesville!

Clean comfortable and conveniently located condo

I loved staying in this place. Everything was immaculate and smartly organized and stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was absolutely nothing we needed or would have changed. It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while she attended a camp at UF. The host was very kind and communicative and very responsive
 easy to get a hold of. So happy we chose this listing. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Home away from home

My son had open heart surgery at Shands Hospital. I wanted a place I could walk there and back easily. A place with a kitchen where I could cook if I wanted to. A quiet, clean relaxing place where I could curl up on a couch and watch TV when I got home from the hospital. Sage House was that
and so much more. It was as close to home, as possible. Fully stocked kitchen, (not food) fully stocked bathroom, fans, and so much more. There was nothing I needed that wasn’t available. I highly recommend this property. It was truly Home away from home for an entire week!!!! And just FYI
.my son’s surgery was a success and he is home recooperarating.
