**Rooms/Layout**

Bedroom #1- sleeps 2. King bed with Dream Cloud Premiere mattress (medium firm), desk, closet and dresser for storage, nightstands, 55-inch smart TV, and outdoor patio access from sliding door.

Bedroom #2- sleeps 2. Queen bed with Nectar Premiere Cooper mattress (medium firm for all sleeping positions), closet and end tables for storage, 55-inch smart TV, and outdoor pool access from sliding door.

Bedroom #3- sleeps 4. Trundle bunk bed with twin memory foam mattress on top, full memory foam mattress on bottom bed and separate rollout full bed with a 5 inch memory foam mattress, games and arcades.

Bathroom #1 (located near primary and second guest bedroom)- large shower, double vanity, blow dryer, towels, make-up remover towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Bathroom #2 (located past the kitchen near the back-sliding door)- shower with tub, single vanity, blow dryer, towels, make-up remover towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Living/Dining Room - Large comfortable leather sectional sofa , 75-inch smart TV, 6-chair dining table.

Backyard- the pool is close to the home and we do not have a child gate available. Unheated pool, 6-chair patio table, gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrellas, corn hole, pool toys.

***GUEST ACCESS***
Guests will self-check in using a keypad to access a key to enter through the front door. Guests will be responsible for the key during their stay; this is a high security key and if lost or not returned after your stay then the guest will be fined $250.

Guests are also able to contact the hosts directly at any time with any questions. Guests will have access to the entire home except the shed and 2 interior supply closets.

**House Rules/ Recording Devices/Security Surveillance Disclosure**

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM.

OCCUPANCY: Your reservation covers the maximum number of people indicated on your reservation. This number represents the maximum allowed occupancy for the property at any given time during your stay. A total guest count of over 6 will incur an additional occupancy fee of $20/guest per day. If the initial reservation is not booked with the correct number of guests, the booking guest will be billed the additional occupancy fees.

If the maximum allowed occupancy of 8 is exceeded, all additional occupants will be asked to leave the property. If the guests do not comply, they will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. No exceptions.

No parties or events are allowed at the home during your stay. IF a party or event is thrown at the home then the occupancy rules will be applied and there will be an additional fine for cleaning.

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s privacy and monitor noise levels during the night time. Party/events are not allowed on this property. Pompano Beach noise ordinance prohibits loud noises between the hours of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.

Please do not rearrange or remove any furniture in the home.

Please lock all doors, and turn off electrical sources such as stove, lights, AC, fans, iron, hair tools before you leave the house.

No smoking: Guests: Please no smoking inside the home. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Our home is a non-smoking environment, if there is any detection of smoking, you may be charged up to $250.

MAINTENANCE ISSUES: If a maintenance problem occurs during your stay or if you have questions when you arrive at the home, notify us immediately. Every attempt will be made to resolve the problem.

LOST & FOUND: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LEFT IN THE PROPERTY. We will do our best to locate any missing items and return them to you if you let us know.

***Recording Devices/Security Surveillance Disclosure***

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external surveillance/audio recording devices which are located on the outside of the property: doorbell camera, camera located on the front, left side of the home, right side yard near gate entrance and pool area. The doorbell and front camera will be monitored only for the purpose of verifying that the number of occupants match the reservation and confirming no parties or events are being thrown at the property. All other recordings are only reviewed and/or monitored if needed – ex: injury, theft/burglary, trespassing, discrepancy, neighborhood noise complaint, damage, etc..

Security device interference: Please do not tamper with, unplug, or remove any approved and appropriately disclosed security device. If a guest tampers with the devices they may be asked to leave the property forfeiting their pre-paid stay.

Cleanliness: Please treat this home like your own. Upon checkout, we ask that all dishes be loaded into the dishwasher and started, and trash taken out to the trash cans before leaving.

Checkout time: Guests should complete checkout by the designated checkout time. You will be charged $50.00 if you are not out of the property at 11AM. Before you leave, please read and follow the check-out procedures given to you at check-in. It is very important to ensure all doors and windows to the home is locked.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR NO SHOWS

Key return: Please lock all doors and secure the key inside the lockbox upon leaving. This is a high security key and if lost or not returned after your stay then the guest will be fined $250.

PETS: Our home does not allow pets. A minimum of $500.00 will be charged for additional cleaning in the event that evidence of pets are found in the property, and may be asked to leave the property forfeiting the pre-paid stay.
