Completely renovated in 2023. Beachside Bungalow will be the spot for your next vacation with brand new furniture throughout, new flooring, counters, cabinets, appliances, private pool, and so much more. This beachfront oasis brings a refined coastal elegance in a premier location with steps that lead directly to the shimmering shores of the beach. Its prime Miramar Beach location also places guests near an abundance of coastal amusements, including Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard.

Beachside Bungalow is a stunning Gulf-front vacation home that has everything you need for a beach vacation. It has five bedrooms, three baths, large windows with incredible views, a private pool, free beach service, unique 1st floor game room, and so much more! (While the 1st floor game room is not air conditioned, feel free to open front and back garage doors for that enjoyable breeze off of the Gulf. 3 sets of complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas come with the property March 1st - October 31st. (6 chairs and 3 umbrellas). You will enjoy premium front row seating on this vendor managed beach. (Please note: The beach vendor may set up chairs behind you for other clients.) Keep in mind The State of Florida declares all wet sand along the water line to be "public beach". Thank you for your understanding!

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

POOL DIMENSIONS: 27ft x 12ft x 3-4.5ft deep. Wading area 6ft x 9ft x 7in deep

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

Great property

We loved it here. The 2 little ones loved the bunk bed room, we loved that the pool got afternoon shade so we could swim in the pool without worrying about kids getting sunburned. Delightful to walk right out of the house and onto the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was great! The 1st floor was amazing for grilling, playing games, watching tv, and easy access to the huge pool. The only thing we didn’t realize until we got there was that the bunk bed room is not an enclosed room. But other than that it was great!

Amazing home and location!

Family Vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful and decor was gorgeous. The kitchen was the perfect place to gather in the morning for coffee and breakfast overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Spacious rooms and modern bathrooms/showers with plenty of space for kids to sleep/play. Kids aged from 17 to 5 months with 6 adults . Location is perfect and close to all stores and restaurants.

Long Weekend Beach Trip

My husband and I brought 4 teenage girls down for a long weekend. The property was INCREDIBLE! Plenty of room, we could have added another family easily. The location was perfect. Super easy access and beach chairs already set up for us every day. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

The house is in excellent condition and could not be in a better place! We have stayed in many short term rentals and this one is by far the most well appointed one ever. All the utensils, pots pans, glassware and dishes are of the highest quality you could expect. There is at least 8 frying pans! Any issues we had were immediately addressed by the management company. My only request would be more bath towels. Also, the stairs to the beach could use a handrail and a couple were loose.

Prefect Beach Home away from home

We loved the 1st floor indoor/outdoor kitchen, living room and gaming area with access to the pool, outdoor grill and beach, the home is beautiful and well equipped for a family with small and grown children and great beach access
our only issue was how crowded the beach was, when the signs say to the waters edge for this property, which is not enforced, everyone on the beach was extremely nice and very family friendly oriented, but I do like my space. Overall excellent home and location.

A little piece of paradise


Wow! We booked this as a last minute, let’s just go trip with our family and parents and it couldn’t have been a better last minute decision. Everything Beachside Bungalow had to offer was better than we could have imagined. From the pool, to the aesthetically pleasing decor/offerings of the home, to the beachside chairs/umbrellas. Truly felt spoiled and enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Pure Perfection in Paradise

Truly an amazing house. Such a great space for adults and kids. Such a functional house Great kitchen with everything you need and good living space for 8 people. The bedrooms were spacious and the kids loved the bunk hall. Had a couple conversations with the owner. Super responsive and helpful. The private beach is perfection. The pool and basement were such a treat, especially the garage doors that open to the beach and the pool. Hours of ping pong were played.

Every room has a king size bed, that was also a must for us! If you have young ones, having the pool separate from the patio area gives peace of mind. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The property management company was very responsive as well during our stay. We cannot recommend this place enough! We will be back.

It was so easy to walk right back to the house if you needed a break, a snack, or forgot something. We sat on the back porches and could talk to the kids on the beach while the were crab hunting at night. Everything was perfect and I hope to be able to stay there again. There is a private beach to this house and there are signs that say so, but the other people around don't seem to read the sign. The location was perfect! The host was great! The pictures match and our stay was better than we expected.

As in the house kitchen was fully equipped, enough space for 9 ppl and even more!!! The rooms we all beautiful and great size!!! Upstairs master is gorgeous and has a bathtub which helped keep my daughter who’s autistic and loves the water occupied during the day that sun is on full blast!!! Everything was very accesible including stores!! The dollar general is a short walk including a souvenir store and also the outlets is 4 min drive away and mall is about 10 min to left side. More name brand stores like Lululemon, Anthropologie are to the right about 7 min drive which I took my teens for school shopping!! Will be definitely booking for next year and also host was very responsive in any questions we had!!! Property is just like in pics no catfishing lol and it was super clean and well maintained overall and would definitely recommended to anyone looking beachfront home with views!!!

Perfect, except for construction next door

This house is gorgeous and in a gorgeous spot on the beach! The house has everything you could need to cook, entertain, or just relax on the beach. There are 6 beach chairs set up for this house each morning which is fantastic! The main suite is amazing! The bathrooms are beautiful, and the beds are super comfy. The only items we would suggest for improvement would be luggage racks in the bedrooms (we had to put luggage on the lovely furniture) and hair blow-dryers that work. There were a couple of issues during our stay (May 2024) with construction on the exterior of the building next door that resulted in workers parking in the Bungalow driveway blocking us in and carrying materials through the pool deck. Also, there were thousands of tiny Styrofoam balls flying down on us and in the pool for 3 days! It was like it was snowing. The management was quick to respond to our concern regarding the workers, but there was no pool net to scoop up the Styrofoam that was sticking all over us in the pool. There never was any help with this issue. Management said that no one could bring a net to us. We did our best to clean it up without a pool net so that we could use the pool. This seemed a lot to ask of us considering the costliness of this rental. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place!!!
