Hi Latricia, Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to write a review! We would like to explain the fees charged during your stay. Our listing clearly states that we charge on a per person, per night basis and for any parties or events. You were charged an event fee because of the graduation party, which included many extra guests beyond the original 8 in the initial booking. After reviewing your stay, we found that you were correctly charged for 8 overnight guests. Our prices vary based on the number of guests in the reservation. For example, the price for 5 total guests would not be the same as booking for a total of 16 guests. This is why we must charge on a per person, per night basis. Regarding the date change, there is a two-night minimum for all guests. This particular reservation was changed from the original dates on Saturday and Sunday to Friday and Saturday. This change led to a price adjustment, as the pricing for Sunday is lower than Friday. We hope you understand the reasons for these changes, as it is very important for us to be clear with our guests. Overall, we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay.
