Prime location! This home is located minutes from downtown Kansas CityđŸ™ïž. Neighborhood is friendly, diverse and safe for exploring. Near green space, a park, local restaurants, KC's "Ruby Jeans" juicery and a coffee shop all a short walk away.
Located steps from public transit, 2 minutes from the city trolley, 3 minutes from Crossroads Art district, 3 minutes from 18th and Vine Jazz district, 7 minutes from The Plaza shopping district and only 2 exits from KC downtown and Power & Light District!
You will have plenty of options here!
You have several outdoor seating options with a large deck, a porch and balcony seating and oversized outdoor games available.
Inside you have a well thought out design. The main floor has a large open floor plan, perfect for friends and family to gather for cooking, games, laughter and entertainment. Including a beautiful, functional fully equipped kitchen, open dining room, living room and half bathroom.
Want to relax? Escape to one of the (3) living rooms.
Need to retreat? There are (2) bedrooms on each floor, the lower level and the third floor bedrooms are perfectly separated by a living room and full bathroom. The second floor bedrooms have private bathrooms. All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses.
Need to get some work done? There is an office located on the second floor with amazing natural light. Whether you are working, playing or relaxing this is the place to be with plenty of options to accommodate all guests.

It was all good. Host was very accommodating. Disappointing that snow removal was delayed and these older ladies had to carry their bags and trudge through 3 inches of snow. Host was so apologetic and tried to get someone there asap!

This house hosted some friends in town for a surprise birthday. It was very clean and comfortable. Close to downtown and easy access. I recommend!

Fantastic Home!

The house was modern, clean and spacious. Good location with easy access to restaurants and downtown KC. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group to spread out! We would definitely stay here again!

Family thanksgiving stay in KC

Great location and very spacious house and kitchen for our 10 family members to stay comfortably. The house was well equipped and all the beds were comfortable. Everything exactly as advertised. We enjoyed a great thanksgiving away from home in KC!

All things great!

We needed a fun spot for a college reunion amongst buddies to get back and watch KU at arrowhead. This house provided a great meet up location for us to have laughs and get out to a few bars. Crossroads and brook side were both just a quick Uber. Would recommend Swana and this house!

Great location for KC activities

Property was as advertised. Easy travel access to downtown. Lots of room in this home, especially toilets! Well stocked kitchen- everything you could possibly need for doing your own cooking, although we had most meals at the convention we were attending. Baseboards in house definitely need attention - hair and dirt stuck to them.

WONDERFUL STAY

The nine of us who stayed were very happy with the location and the accommodations. With all the bedrooms being on a different level than the common areas was a very nice feature. We all had a private place to retreat to and rejuvenate, and the living level was so spacious!!! Loved the walkability of the location. We may have been in our mid-forties, but we really enjoyed flying kites in the park, walking to the Juicery and the Succotash restaurant as well as the Combine for lunch and rooftop cocktails.Swana was really nice to work with. We had absolutely no problems with the house at all. The bedding was comfortable. The art was delightful. The porches were inviting. We would stay again. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful space.

We had a staycation in town with our adult children! From the moment we booked this home, it has been nothing but excellent service!Immediate responses, helpful and accommodating! The house is beautiful, it’s clean, nice beds, sheets and towels, fully stocked kitchen and the neighborhood is beautiful and safe! I would recommend this house to anyone visiting or living in KC!
