Wonderful Experience

The unit is beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and the managers of the property are wonderful to work with. Having two parking spots was amazing. Thank you for letting us stay.

Updated unit

We come every summer to Sea Gate. Updated and clean unit. Great location. 2 parking spots and the extra beach supplies in exterior closet were appreciated. Pool needs umbrellas again, but a suggestion for the HOA (they used to have 2).

Thank you Melissa for staying with us at 106 Seagate. I think you need a frequent flyer pin or something. We must be doing something right for you to come back year after year. This is a beautiful condo with a great view of the gulf right from the balcony. You are right, Melissa, there are a boat load of beach supplies at the unit, ready for family fun. We hope you allow us to host you again next year.

The unit was exactly as the pictures portrayed!! We had a snag with the pack & play in that the bottom was missing when we went to go set it up the first night, which was at 8:30 p.m. I got ahold of the emergency number and was assured someone would call me back within the hour. Some nice gentleman called me back quickly and was at the condo within 30 minutes with the bottom of a pack & play so my grand daughter could go to bed. Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! THANK YOU!

Very nice The area rug in living area was very dirty looking Other then that overall good Poor communication about the area where beach items were located in the garage with our number and wasn’t given this information till 1st full day there Beach supplies were nice!!!!

Hi Beth, thank you for staying with us at Seagate 106. I apologize that communication wasn't what you needed. We try to provide our guests with all the information they need for their stay. We are in the office from 8:30-5 M-Sa to answer guests questions and to deal with any problems that may arise when they are here. However sometimes we miss getting you the information you need. I am glad we were able to get the information you needed, even if it was not in the time you expected. I hope you come back so we can do a better job meeting your needs.
