Great place for a family or large friend group. Spent days out exploring Denver Botanical Gardens, Boulder Pearl Street, Rocky Mountain National Park several areas! All within driving distance Spent evenings play ping pong and games on the movie theater screen! Very convenient!

We loved our stay. The kids thought the popcorn machine and movie area was so cool. Rooms were cute and lots of extra blankets for lounging.The floor plan was perfect so we weren't on top of eachother the entire stay my kids now want a house just like it and I might aswell.Devin was super responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect setup for extended family get-together. Older adults stayed in the rooms upstairs while younger couples had the rooms in the lower level. Ping pong table was great for a little competition, meanwhile the older adults spent several days chatting and putting together puzzles. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Nice location within easy driving to Boulder, as we spent an evening at the CU Shakespeare Festival. Overall wonderful 5 days (4 nights).

Great property for a large group. Property was not in guest ready shape when we arrived, but host was quick to respond and address the issues. Homes in neighborhood are VERY close together, so if you are seeking a private getaway this wouldn’t be the home for you, but that wasn’t an issue for our family getaway.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and comfortable with cozy beds and roomy accommodations—perfect for our larger group. There was plenty of entertainment to keep everyone happy, and we truly felt right at home.If we could suggest anything, it would be to add a bit more outdoor seating and a few extra blankets for curling up on the couches while enjoying a movie or game night.The host was always available, friendly, and super helpful throughout our stay. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—highly recommend!

Excellent stay

The property was just as advertised, neat with lot of options for entertainment for kids. We travelled with group of kids and they enjoyed the stay a lot. Had lot of towels, cleaning equipment, stocked kitchen and washer dryer, overall a very good experience and Devin was in constant contact via email/messaging enquiring about our stay, will definitely come back.

Me and my friends had such a great time staying here! The cleanliness of the place was amazing and had everything we needed! We also visited nearby cities that’s event extremely far so it was a great location! Definitely would come back!

Perfect choice!

This home has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit! So clean and so many amenities down to toddler toys, which my grandson enjoyed.

Was the perfect “come home to” house for our family on the run doing our Colorado things vacation. Sleeping and bathroom areas are cozy and accommodating. The theater room is amazing, we just didn’t have time to use it! Excellent outdoor space. A little far from the action but in a growing area and worth the little extra time to get to all of the attractions.

There were 8 adults. We enjoyed the space and easy to use kitchenKitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and other cooking items. We thought an ice cream scoop could be added to the collection. Very relaxing.

Family Vacation

The house was very nice, plenty of room for 11 people. There was space for young adults to play foosball and ping pong and hang out and for the older adults to visit a watch their own shows. The host was very helpful and available for any questions. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were close to RMNP, Longmont, Boulder and the drive to Denver was easy. Overall a great stay!

Lovely Graduation Family Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering for CU-Boulder graduation. We had 9 adults, two of them elderly, and were very comfortable with room to spare. The property is very convenient to Boulder and to DIA, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owners are great communicators who made sure any issues were promptly addressed. We would 100% book this property again!
