The Space:

Get ready for some fun in the sun at High Pointe 232, a gorgeous condo located in the private gated community of High Pointe Resort in Santa Rosa Beach! Aside from being just steps from the beach, the resort boasts tons of amenities, including a lagoon-style pool, a playground, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and shuffleboard. This may be your first visit, but we’re confident it won’t be your last!



Bikes are available year-round and 1 Beach Chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are included courtesy of La Dolce Vita March 1st through October 31st! Just let the on-site staff know which condo you are staying in!



High Pointe 232 is a beautiful, modern condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, your entire crew will feel right at home no matter the length of your stay. Enter into an inviting open-concept living dining space filled with coastal decor and cozy furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room bring in plenty of natural light while showcasing views of beautifully landscaped grounds and the pool just outside. Take in the views on the comfortable sofa in the living room or step outside onto the fully-furnished private balcony, the perfect place to read a book come late afternoon. You’ll find everything needed to prepare delightful meals for friends and family in the expansive kitchen with tons of counter and cabinet space. Dine at the kitchen table, or pack a picnic and head to the beach for hours of fun! When the day is done, retire to gorgeous bedrooms designed to make you feel right at home. The master suite features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, an en suite bath, and private access to the balcony. Guests will be just as comfortable in the second suite, with two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and their own en suite bath. Feel free to pack a little lighter, as this unit has a stackable washer and dryer!



Hang out at the lagoon-style pool or venture to the sugar sand beaches, readily accessible from the boardwalk. Grab a refreshing drink at Crabby Steve’s, then hit the Timpoochee Trail and enjoy the many eateries and shops in the surrounding communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Watersound. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.



Important Notice: Upcoming Renovations



Please be advised that the High Pointe Complex will undergo balcony deck coating and window replacements as part of a renovation project. The complex wide work is scheduled through June 6th 2025. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, there may be some construction noise and temporary closures of the balcony during these periods.
