Bay Watch 1908 at Big Fish Rentals

Newly Remodeled and Updated
This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the 19th Floor at Bay Watch Resort is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools all year round. Great location that is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom - Sleeps 8 Condo with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach.

You can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean from the living area. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV as well as two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation immediately.

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, and enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do. We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Baywatch Resort will have ongoing renovations starting October 2025. Guests may experience some noise or minor disruptions during the day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: POOL CLOSURE
Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The project is expected to last until the end of March.
During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.

Property manager, Big Fish, needed a strange bunch of information in advance (e.g., copy of my signature, picture of me holding my driver’s license and credit card, etc). They got it at least a week in advance. I was told I would get the code to the door at precisely 4 p.m. No code at 4 and they asked for all the above information all over again. No extra toilet paper, no paper towels, no laundry detergent pods, no bath soap, very few kitchen utensils, filthy patio carpet and uncomfortable plastic patio chairs. We had to use the pillows on the couch for seat cushions. Sliding door to patio was stuck and had to get somebody from Big Fish maintenance to come in and fix it. Fitted sheet for king size bed didn’t fit the mattress. Seemed more like a queen size sheet. Big Fish reassured us it was a king size sheet that had shrunk over time. They did replace the sheet. Lots of grief for a “vacation.”

Beach Gem

The actual unit is very pretty and clean. The remodel looks great and is functional. Having towels and linens provided was so easy. I also appreciated the paper towels, TP, and soap. The building itself is a little older, but still has all the amenities to make your stay pleasurable. We even rented a jet ski from Myrtle Beach Watersports, which is right there on the ocean. Great view from the balcony too.

Few days of sun

The area was great and close to everything. The facility was well kept and the staff were friendly. The condo itself had a few issues. The dryer didnt work, there was a ceiling leak in one of the bedrooms, and the kitchen was minimal with utensils, pans, etc. There were a few other cosmetic issues that could cause a safety problem. All things were reported. Nothing was fixed during our stay which was a Thursday to Monday. If we were there a full week that would have made it a bigger issue.
