Lorillee was a dream to communicate with and the location and condo were absolutely perfect. As a person who grew up in Davidson - I would absolutely recommend staying here. Everything you could need.

The condo was perfect. Well located for walking distance to the center of Denver short driving distance to Charlotte and Statesville and Mooresville. Grocery store is close by all the amenities that you needed. Clean comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay here again coming to Denver.

Summer Retreat

The place is terrific and Lorillee is a great host. We stayed during an unusual cool front in August and really enjoyed the walkability and location of the unit. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped and very comfortable, We look forward to staying there again!

Condo is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It was a nice space for our family of 4. Lorillee was a great host and quick to respond when we had questions. Overall a great stay!

Nicely decorated two bedroom with a well supplied kitchen. Rare no stairs unit great for an easy move in for seniors. Good communication with manager and parking in front of unit.

Perfect for Davidson College Families

We rented to be close to our Davidson College son as we evacuated our damaged home due to Hurricane Helene. Comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Walking distance to all Downtown Davidson has to offer.

Delightful stay in Davidson, NC!

My husband and I were very comfortable in this Davidson condo. The location was walking distance to town with it's restaurants, shops and Arts on the Green. Everything in the condo was in brand new condition and fully loaded with all that we needed for a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again! The host even checked in to see if we had everything that we needed! A+ hospitality!

Perfect location near Davidson College

My husband and I did not need to be near the college but we loved walking around campus and dining at the local restaurants. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The coffee pods and snacks from the host were a nice touch. Also not having to purchase paper towels, facial tissues, hand soap & toilet paper was an added bonus. Plenty of places with USB and C-port chargers was a bonus. Communication with the Manager of the property was prompt. Thank you for your hospitality.
