Découvrez des restaurants de classe mondiale à Kindred à proximité, élu l'un des 10 meilleurs restaurants Bon Appetit en 2015, ou rendez-vous dans un restaurant / bar décontracté rénové de Cotton Mill appelé Brickhouse. La 3ème chambre a un lit complet, une commode en bois peint, un placard et une télévision HD LED SMART.

La salle de bain du couloir a un seul lavabo et une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur située à l'étage.

Home/area was fantastic! Robert was very helpful/informative. Lots to do in the area - please check out the binder/book in the home for things to do. Great farmers market on Main St. and lots of walking paths. Home was well equiped with ALL things needed from spare pillows to bedding. Easy arrival and departure. Thank you for hosting us!!

A wonderful property! We found the home to be well supplied with all that makes it a home away from home. Immaculately clean and well maintained it made provided a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is charming and made for interesting strolls. One can talk longer walks to the Main Street with its interesting shops and restaurants as well as to the beautiful campus of Davidson College. Rob is a excellent host, conveying important information in a timely manner and responding quickly to any questions/comments. Highly recommend a stay here if your travels take you to Davidson, NC.

Fantastic visit to the Davidson area. House is walking distance to the cute town center and all of its amenities. So many parks and green space to explore in addition to the shops and restaurants of the town. House is very dog-friendly, and we particularly liked the fenced in yard where they could roam around freely. House was clean and well-maintained. Cute park right around the corner where we walked the dogs. Host is very responsive and friendly. We will be back.

Great location very close to Davidson college and Main Street. Was so good to have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths for our family as we moved our son in to school. Very walkable and nice neighborhood, house was super clean and comfortable.

Great location

This house is the perfect location. It’s a few blocks to the Harris Teeter, a few blocks to downtown Davidson, a few blocks from the Brickhouse Tavern, and one block to the Davidson Theater. The neighborhood is tree-lined and quiet. The house is plenty roomy and has a delightful back patio. It’s a great place to stay

Family Reunion

I came from Florida along with my mother her husband, two daughters, niece, nephew, and daughter and law. The house was perfect for us. Beautiful inside and out, the neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I would definitely rent this house again.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We were looking for a small town feel, close to the lake and the "Big City" of Charlotte. We wanted to be able to park the car and walk to everything on a weekend, from restaurants to drug and grocery stores, as well as for that quick cup of coffee. Davidson provided that to us! Love it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Private, 3 BR 2.5 bath open floor plan, well appointed unit. Walking distance to everything Davidson has to offer in a safe, family neighborhood with plenty of parking. You can even take a 5 minute walk to the CATS Express bus stop that takes you into the heart of Charlotte, the EpicCenter, Time Warner Cable arena, etc. without needing a car! Great nicely landscaped outdoor, private space for grilling and hanging out. Fenced in for safety. Great secure area for pets to run free in back yard.
