Escape to our stunning fully remodeled duplex with an oversized salt water heated pool in a huge screened lanai. Just a short stroll from Cape Harbour marina, dining, and shopping in highly sought-after SW Cape Coral. Enjoy BBQs and lounging on the large patio under the Florida sun. With fishing, boating, sightseeing, and excellent walking and biking areas nearby, your vacation promises endless adventures and relaxation.

The pool is for the exclusive use of the guests for the stay as the other side is a full time tenant that does not use the pool / lanai while guests are staying.

Also included is a full size Washer / Dryer located in kitchen utility closet.

Great Place & Excellent Location

The house was exactly as described. The communication with the manager was excellent. There were many extra towels and beach towels in the linen closet. The joining permanent tenant was very personable, friendly and enjoyable. We look forward to renting here again!

Good stay

The property manager was 5 star and took care of my requests promptly and very professional. The location was good, home was smaller than I expected, outdoor space was average and could use some organizing, lacked cleaning supplies for extended stay. The place was a bit pricey for what you get.

Good location for a long term stay. Very convenient to many good restaurants and the Publix was just a block away. The property manager was very responsive to issues and questions. The house had nice space for a 2 bedroom. We really enjoyed the lanai and pool area. The pool heater worked well to make it comfortable in Jan/Feb. The reason we cannot give an 5 star review, however, was significant and needs to be considered. This property is one half of a duplex. The person is the other unit is related to the owner. It says in the description that the permanent tenant would not use the pool and lanai space while we were there but this was not the case. She frequently used the lanai space when we were out there. After she sat out in the lanai talking on speaker phone at high volume for over an hour while we were trying to relax by the pool we had to call the property manager. He said something to her but this lead to her walking around telling her dog how we made it so they can’t use the lanai area. Very passive aggressive. It made it very uncomfortable and was not a good way to wrap up a months stay.I would not have an issue renting from this property manager again but would not rent this unit again.

Our stay was top notch! Safe neighborhood in a great location! The property was exactly as described! The host was very prompt at responding to any questions I had. The saltwater pool was definitely the highlight! I would highly recommend this property!

Fabulous pool & outdoor area!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The back patio and pool area was a great spot to hang out, play cards and grill. The house was very clean with comfortable king size beds. A good location, walking distance to Publix and other stores. We loved checking on the adorable little owls next door every day.

As advertised. Pool was warmed after arrival. Lock issues handled immediately. Great location responsive hosts. We enjoyed all Cape Coral offered and the property is well suited for that. Grocery within 1/2 Bock. Very convenient. Overall great stay! Thanks.

Location, location, location. We loved the area. Very clean and nice amenities. The saltwater pool and gas bbq grill made for lovely evenings on the lanai. Rick, our host, was very receptive to all our questions. Five stars all around!

The things that matter

When it comes to anything in life, it's not about how perfect things are. it's about how one is cared for, especially when things aren't quite right.There was a mix-up on dates. Our place was double booked, and we could not get in until the second day of our stay. The property manager was AMAZING! Not only was he apologetic, but he worked all day and set us up with a wonderful place. He saw to it that despite the mix-up, our vacation was not interrupted. I'd go back anytime.

Cape de Harbor

Very quiet neighborhood, extremely clean, very relaxing. This was not a vacation stay for us. This was an immediate stay due to problems at my house. The host could not have been any easier to work with and got back to you immediately regarding anything. The neighbor that lives in the duplex next to you, more than accommodating with any help that you may need. She’s also extremely respectful with giving you private time overall a fantastic experience and I will stay again even though it’s only 30 minutes for me just to relax.

I don’t recall seeing that we would share the outside pool area with owner of duplex.There were a few items missing that would have improved our stay.In the bathrooms there is a real need for grab bars for getting in/out of shower and tub. There needs to be a bath mat for inside the bathtub and also the shower. You also need a bath mat for outside tub and shower.You need a light outside front door besides light inside screen door. We found it very dark getting in and out of car at night.Kitchen drawer was off kilter when we arrived.Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed our visit in Cape Coral.

We live here and love it. It's a great area with Cape Harbour wlking distance and walk all of the sidewalk paths while enjoying the water so close by.

The condos at cape Harbour have a 30 day minimum, while the homes are pricier. This one fits in between and has a huge pool and screened in lanai. It's truly unique.
