Rustic meets modern design in this unique cabin perfectly laid out for families or friend groups. This cabin features pristine, unhindered views of the Caddo River, high end finishes, seamless indoor/outdoor gathering areas, & double kitchen amenities. No detail left out in this luxury retreat! Gather on the sprawling patio with 2 televisions, 2 sitting areas, and a dining table that seats 12, all while enjoying time with friends who are in the adjoined game room with a glass garage door, pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, bar top seating, and a drink fridge. When you're ready to move inside, enjoy a movie in the 2nd floor theater room, equipped with power reclining chairs, a wet bar, and large TV. The kitchen is a chef's dream, stocked with Hexclad cookware, double ovens & microwaves, every utensil you'll need for cooking or grilling, and an oversized indoor dining table. Your group will all sleep comfortably in any of the 5 king bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as the bunk room (2 queens, 4 twins) with its own bathroom. Families can rest easy together; the main floor master is equipped with a twin over twin bunk, and another king room offers a queen over queen bunk beds. This one-of-a-kind cabin on the Caddo River awaits!

This property was amazing! There was something here for everyone. Our family enjoyed it so much. The game room was a big hit as well as the theater room. All bedrooms had a bathroom which was great. The water was a perfect level for our little ones to swim in. Our communication with the host was also most helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this property to anyone with large families or groups.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our big family, it felt like home as soon as we walked in. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I can’t say enough how well equipped the kitchen was. It had everything you would need to cook and was very spacious. The owners definitely made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place for our family trip

The house was great! Bigger than we expected and laid out perfectly for us and our four kids' families. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was right on the couple of minor issues that came up. The kids were in the little branch of the river in front of the house for most of the week - like a big swimming pool, Overall, a great place for us.

Great place to stay

We had a crew of all different ages and we absolutely loved this place. The game room and media room was a hit. We had plenty of room for all 20 of us and then some. The place was very clean and fully stocked except for soap in the bathrooms. 100% would book this place again. It is right on the Caddo River for the kids to play and can watch them from the porch balcony.

The house was great! Pictures were accurate and to me even bigger than I thought it would be! We had an issue with the outside TVs and the hosts responded with solutions on Thanksgiving day which was amazing, and unexpected! Recommend for any large group! Lots of beds and easily divisible for our 6 separate families that joined us. We had 10 kids under 15 with us and they had a blast in the game room, running around outside and playing in and around the river. Kitchen was well stocked, bring your own shower soaps, shampoos, and conditioners.

Company Retreat

The house was great! We had 15 employees for our company retreat. There was more than enough room for everyone. The outdoor areas were very comfortable. There is a spacious game room. It was a really great experience for everyone. We highly recommend Caddo Patio!

We have been making an annual trip to Glenwood for four years now but this was our first year to stay at the Caddo Patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property fit the needs of our large, extended family perfectly. There were 16 of us this year ages 12 to 79 and we had plenty room for everyone to have their own space. Everyone loved the game room which came in handy as one of our days was basically a rain out. The very large porch area was also enjoyed by all. Although, we didn’t have any problems, when we communicated with the owners with property amenity questions or special requests, they were immediately responsive and accommodating. The CP is our new favorite property and we will definitely stay again!

Great property for multi-generational family

The property was perfect for a multi-generational family. Large open kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a large connected game room. The outside porch was wonderful for large group seating. Two dishwashers, two washer/dryer sets, multiple TV’s, media room, and multiple charging stations made this a wonderful property for young and old. Access to the river was great and enjoyed by all. En suite bathrooms were awesome in ALL bedrooms!!! The “bunk room” had its own bathroom and was wonderful for sleeping arrangements for kids and teens! The hosts were super responsive to questions and needs!! Highly recommend this property for large gatherings!!!
