Great Location

This was our favorite cabin as far as the location of the river and the easy access!! The cabin was very roomy and comfortable!

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect place to get away for a few days. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! House is beautiful and access to the river was great! Had a little hiccup with the plumbing but other than that it was great!

This property is amazing!! And Kathryn could not have been any nicer and easier to rent from! We cannot wait to go back to this house again. Everything was perfect and the house is absolutely incredible inside and out and the location where it sits is beautiful! We will definitely be back here as soon as we can!

We had a great time with 11 guests between the ages of 2 and 75! Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable.

Riverside retreat for large family

Such a wonderful property! The location is unbeatable. Right on the river. It was perfect for our large family and was able to accommodate everyone comfortably. Kathryn, the host, answered all of our questions and was quick to respond. She was great!!!

Family time

Great place to stay! We recommend this place . Plenty of room, great set up with several restrooms for each room. Great view of river. Our family thought it was the Best so far. Close to four wheeler trails also . Thank you for our January 2025 adventure trip.

Beautiful Place

The property was even better than the pictures. Plenty of room inside for everyone. The location on the river was beautiful. All the patio / deck space was awesome too. We had a great time and were sad to leave.

Great home for group gatherings!

We had a blast! The home was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone! The kids loved the upstairs bunkroom and game room.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Caddo Cabana! From the open floor plan on the kitchen/living room to the river being steps away.. we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 11/10.

Great cabin for large gatherings

The cabin was perfect for our family. Ten of us stayed & the beds were very comfortable. We had other family that visited and the kitchen/dining/living areas perfectly accommodated us all. The porches were wonderful & the peacefulness of the river flowing was priceless! 100% recommend

Perfect Cabin…Perfect Location!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Caddo Cabana!! Everyone in our group raved about how beautiful it was and how the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s a little secluded from the rest of the houses in the area, which we all enjoyed. We are already talking about making this an annual trip! Communication with the host was also great. Can’t wait to stay here again! :)

Memorial Day Getaway

We had a great time in Glenwood, Ark. We stayed at the Caddo Cabana house. It is a beautiful house with multi level decks. The view from the house is breathtaking and overlooks the Caddo river. The house was very clean and the beds and linens were so comfortable. This was a perfect getaway for our large group. This was definitely one of the top weekend trips that we've ever taken. We are already planning to do this again next year. The owner was very responsive and seemed to do everything she could to make your stay a great one. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Perfection

Caddo Cabana is absolutely perfection. The inside is comfy and so gorgeous. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything u need( we actually brought too much stuff). If you have kids the water is at perfect level to play in the current...part shaded and part sunny ..them was @90ish but it was so cool at the water and on the covered porch. Fyi..outside grill is bigger than in pictures...also keep ceiling fans on high under covered porch..and keep light off - keep nats away. We will be back next year..well worth the money💗☀️⛱️

Amazing River View

Our family enjoyed the Caddo Cabana very much. The house is awesome, lots of space for everyone. The four master bedrooms were perfect and each had their own bathroom. The kids loved staying in the bunk room which had lots of beds. There were also extra couches if needed. We enjoyed cooking in the dream kitchen that supplied pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. The river access was right in front of the house with steps leading down. We spent a lot of our time in the river, which had nice shade trees. In the mornings and evenings it was nice sitting on the back decks that overlooked the river . We liked that the house was located away from the others houses, which offered more privacy!

Spring Break Getaway!

The house was amazing!! The view was top notch and all the space inside was perfect for our family. The double decker porches were so relaxing and the perfect place to sit after coming home from a hike. The grocery store is less than a few minutes away and was so convenient. We had some plumbing issues but the homeowner responded in a very timely manner. Please know to bring your own kitchen essentials....foil, spices, etc. There wasn't any cleaners available either. The beds were super comfy and bathrooms were great. The fire pit was fun to cook our food on at night. There is plenty of seating and the outside space is great! We had an awesome few days here!

Could Have Been Better

We were happy to find the house so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. We also found the beds very comfortable and the overall decor very inviting. The Christmas tree and other decorations were very much appreciated by all. We had a few children in our group and the river was their favorite thing. Fortunately the weather was mild and they could enjoy wading and skipping stones. The house worked very well for us and we had a great time. A few issues though. There are no dressers so we had to live out of our suitcases. Luggage racks were provided but we were not able to use all of the luggage racks because some were missing connecting nuts. There are closets in each bedroom but only 5 hangers in the whole house, so plan for that. I did the homeowner a few favors by installing a towel ring that was laying on the counter and lubed all the squeaky doors. We also had random brief alarms from some of the smoke detectors. I assumed this was insects but I removed one and found it very dusty inside. I removed each bedroom detector and the one in the downstairs hall and blew the dust out of them. Problem solved. We had cockroaches that appeared after dark. They seems to prefer the wet areas of the kitchen and we even found them inside the dishwasher. The homeowner denies any evidence of cockroaches so I regret not taking photos.
