• Arbor View does accept up to 2 dogs (hypoallergenic only) with a $150 dog fee. Guest must disclose the breed and size of dog at time of booking. Dogs are only allowed on the main level of the home and the gate must be placed at the top of the stairs to prevent dogs from going to lower level. All pet waste must be picked up in the yard and properly disposed of; pet waste found in the yard is subject to an additional $100 fee. Cats and other animals are strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for any damage & associated costs to remedy caused by their pet during the stay.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind, as we do not offer COVID or weather-related cancellations.

From the moment we stepped into the house we felt so comfortable. The bedrooms were a nice size and the bedding was comortable. The screened in porch was perfect, unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use the hot tub but it was nice to have it as an option. Everything we need was there and everything was clean.

The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The host replied quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our group of 10 and there were plenty of paper supplies throughout the house. We had plenty of room to enjoy meals and family time together and yet still get some quiet time if we wanted it. The hot tub was delightful and the back yard was peaceful. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Galena!

Beautiful and comfortable home

We rented this home for our annual family weekend get together. We truly enjoyed our weekend and this place made it very special. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was incredibly well supplied. Everyone thought the beds were great! We spent our mornings upstairs having coffee in the screened porch and our evenings downstairs in the beautiful basement playing games and visiting. The home is perfectly decorated and very clean. Brian and Johnny are the best hosts!! We all want to return here next summer, best house we have ever stayed at!

This home was immaculate inside. The photos certainly do not due it justice. We were 6 older women who went there to play golf, do crafts & cards. Everything was 5 star from the openness to the decor. Loved it! The beds were so comfortable. We had a little trouble with the TV at first , and when I texted them ..the help was immediate. Dubuque/Galena friends get away

The property listing was very accurate. The house had plenty of space for four couples. It had plenty of gathering space for everyone and also space if you wanted some private time. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was great. The kitchen had everything needed for easy meal preparation. The surrounding area was very beautiful. We were 25 miles from Dubuque and 9 miles to Galena. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Arbor View is a gem! Hosts are very courteous and responsive. The home offered modern comforts & amenities for our group of 6. Kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The towel bins for the hot tub were a nice touch. Pool table is well placed for comfortable play. A sound machine in each bedroom with extension cord outlets throughout the home. Easy wifi set up. All in all a wonderful place to stay & revisit.

This was a great spot for a large group. We had 8 adults and it was ample space. Well stocked kitchen- we made 4 meals there. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and even a fireplace! We greatly appreciated that Brian allowed a later checkout due to a weather event overnight. The only two things to note- the water is likely well water so if you’re planning to use the beautiful tubs, just be prepared that the water is orange-ish. And there is a 500 security deposit that made us a little nervous as we hadn’t experienced that with vrbo before, but we did get the deposit back within the week of checking out. We would stay again!

Had an amazing time. We travel to Galena every 3 years for a family reunion and this was the best home we have ever stayed in. It was clean and very well appointed.
