Commencez une tradition familiale dans ce 3ième étage, 1 300 pieds carrés, luxueux condominium en bord de mer qui est une unité de coin à l'extrémité ouest. Island Royale est situé à un pâté de maisons du centre-ville de Gulf Shores, ce qui facilite la marche à tous les Gulf Shores a à offrir, y compris The Hangout, Bahama Bob’s, Pier 33 Grocery et le Pink Pony. Contrairement à d'autres complexes de condos, Island Royale est plus récent mais plus petit et vous aide à vous échapper de la foule qui peuple les autres parties de la plage.

Cette unité dispose de trois chambres, trois salles de bain, une belle décoration, un mobilier et des plafonds de neuf pieds partout. C'est même une unité non-fumeur! Il a une cuisine entièrement équipée qui comprend toutes les commodités de la maison - comptoirs en granit, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur côte à côte avec machine à glaçons, élimination des ordures, garde-manger, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. L'unité a également une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, et des planchers de tuiles dans les espaces communs.

Les chaises longues et les serviettes ne sont pas incluses.

Commencez chaque matin avec une tasse de café sur une terrasse de 350 pieds carrés en regardant le lever du soleil sur l'une des plus belles plages du monde. Chasse aux coquillages à marée basse. Passez la journée à vous détendre sur la plage, à jouer avec les enfants, à faire du shopping au centre commercial Tanger Outlet et à profiter du golf de classe mondiale sur les parcours de golf Peninsula ou Kiva Dunes. Regardez le coucher de soleil depuis votre balcon privé et profitez des bruits des vagues qui se brisent!

Le salon et la suite principale ont tous deux accès au grand balcon privé en bord de mer. Le salon est confortable et le canapé se transforme en un lit queen-size. Le salon a un téléviseur HD 42 ', et le maître a un téléviseur HD 32'. Les 2 autres chambres ont également une télévision à écran plat.

Les équipements du bâtiment comprennent 200 pieds de plage privée, une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée en bord de plage, 2 bains à remous chauffés, une salle d'exercice avec vue sur le golfe, un hammam, un sauna, un accès Internet sans fil, une aire de grillade, un terrain de volley-ball, des supports à vélos et un parking couvert .

Wonderful time!!

This condo was perfect. Let’s start with the parking, it was on the floor below us. So short elevator ride. Stairs were right outside our door, which was very convenient. Three bedrooms three bathrooms were perfect for eight people, never felt crowded. We took our own air mattress, so we didn’t use the fold out couch. The deck had a perfect view of the beach and the pool. The deck furniture is really nice and comfortable. The beach and pool entrance were just two floors down from our condo, Again convenience with the elevator and stairs. The location was great with a store and pizza place across the street. It was a little ways away from the main intersection & traffic (which is a good thing)but not too far from anything. I would check in before going to do grocery shopping, there was a lot of supplies already there. Such as seasonings and coffee. There was a wagon for the beach in the closet we didn’t find until the last day. We had trouble with the internet password, texted our contact and she got back to us within minutes. Everyone we met was very nice, a lot of families. Very sound proof, we never heard our neighbors. I can’t say enough great things.

Great Place

Great central location. The balcony is much larger than most other places we've stayed. Perfectly equipped kitchen, so we were able to cook breakfast and dinner for two days. There is a store right across the street. Also there are a lot of good restaurants near by. The pool was awesome for the kid. He made a lot of friends.

Perfect unit!

Love being on a low floor. Made using the stairs, and social distancing, more possible. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is ideal with older kids. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful views and very nice place

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean, well kept and well stocked. The views are amazing! The master bedroom in the front is a big place so you can see the ocean from bed :) Only draw back to this location - and any unit on this side of the building, is that the pool area is directly below and was very noisy at times.

Right on the ocean

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Right on the ocean, the view is spectacular. The bedrooms were comfortable but a little out-dated. This condo is really a no-frills condo. There were no personal touches, like a welcome basket or coffee for the money. We barely had enough toilet paper for our stay. There wasn’t anything to make us want to come back to this location other than the view and the ocean. There were a few major disappointments: one, the master bedroom shower’s water pressure was so intense that it was like taking a shower with needles stabbing me. There is no way to adjust the spray on the shower head. This was not relaxing at all! Also, having never visited the Gulf Shores before I was unaware that we would need to bring our own beach chairs. There are beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach but they can only be used for a fee. I do not recall seeing that information on the listing and we were Ill-prepared for our trip. I was also very disappointed with the need to purchase a parking permit. We arrived at the end of the week and when we approached the security guard about a parking pass we were told that they couldn’t be purchased until Saturday. They seemed very inconvenienced by needing to provide this for us. It would have been better if there was a parking pass provided that stays in the condo for guests to use.

Fall Break 2019

It was a wonderful trip. I rated it a 4 overall because we had to go to property management office to get a parking pass. No one was on duty to buy a pass until day 4 of our trip. Otherwise a perfect trip.

Beautiful Condo!

Great Place/Location Home-like Feel

Had a group of 8 stay here from Thursday-Monday. Did not feel overcrowded, had a small inland facing balcony and a large terrace facing the ocean. Easy access to the beach, end unit prevented any sounds from neighbors. The only one complain is that the mattresses were not the most comfortable things to come back to. Kitchen had every and all items needed for cooking all meals. Thank you!

A lot of trouble for the money.

My friends and I stayed here in April but was disappointed that the room was not very clean, A few lights needed new bulbs and the sleeper sofa was extremely thin and very uncomfortable. There was a list of things we had to do in order to guarantee our deposit refund. I wonder why we have to pay a cleaning fee if the room is not that clean and we have to do everything but the laundry when we leave. My biggest complaint is the $59.00 PDP (property damage protection) that I was charged in the beginning when I specifically said I did not want it. I am now having to go through my bank to get my money refunded. It has not be a pleasant experience this time at all.

Perfect location to everything. Condo had everything we wanted or needed. Nice and clean. We would definitely recommend it. Only comment for others- down comforter and pillows and I am allergic. Had to use others. That’s the only thing I could say negative and that’s just for those with allergies to feathers. Great food and shopping.

Far to many problems

When we arrived we found that part of the stove didn't work, kitchen light didn't work, the back of the sink was badly rusted, and when putting on our own linens on the beds we found feses on the duvet cover and the mattress badly stained with urine,as was one of the twin beds, the screens were torn . The condo next door had a water pipe burst and part of our condo flooded, the maintence dept put all furniture from flooded bed room in the common area, and we had to listen to six large fans, and a commercial air dryer for a week, they tore up the mopboards and drilled holes in the wall to circulate air to dry out the drywall. After sever call and e-mails to Jenny she and her husband finally showed up and said what do you want us to do about it. I said we can't live like this and have family coming which we had to cancel. She offered us a house on the Lagoon which is a walk up my wife can't climb steps. Concerned that the first three days the furnace ran non stop and only got up to 71 d. I tried to get ahold of Jenny finally after sever attempts she said she would send a furnace repair man over which never happened. Also in the listing it said fully stocked Kitchen with a pantry the pantry was locked and Jenny argued with us saying they never advertised a panty. Evedentially she never has read the listings . In the end Jenny did give us a extra week due to the problems. We did deep cleaning when we were there and were told they had just had carpet cleaned why was there candy stuck to the twin bed room carpet and large black stains by one of the beds candy stuck to the floor and candy wrappers under the couch a pair of mens dirty underware under the couch. We were also told all sheets were new just for us, funny the sheets on the twin beds were stained and one had a couple holes in it. Jenny needs to acquire some communications skills, even her repair man said it is impossible to reach her. With a few repairs this could be a beautiful condo. And we after all was said in done we enjoyed January and February there. Upon our departure we cleaned the Condo from top to bottom beds were made all duvets and pillow shams were clean , all towels, dishes ,stove and refrigerator , No need to have a cleaner come in it was 90% cleaner than when we arrived.If anyone doubts what we have stated we have pictures to prove everything, and in all the years we have come to Gulf Shores have never had this happen to us. We apologize that the reviewer's stay wasn't up to his expectations. Although there were some unavoidable mishaps during his stay, we tried hard to make them up to him and accommodate his many wishes. and, even though we strongly disagree with several of his complaints, we take all reviews seriously and attempt to replace/repair/improve upon things that go awry in a timely fashion.

Just what we needed!

Great condo with great view and the third bathroom was great! Even in December, we kept the patio door cracked and were able to hear the ocean waves as we went to sleep. Highly recommend!

Disappointing....

Condo located in a nice complex with a wonderful heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub area. Very nice for off season rental. Condo was in need of deep cleaning and carpet needs replacing. Furniture and décor very dated which would not be an issue if it was clean. Paid the highest damage deposit I have ever paid with a VRBO rental, so I guess I was expecting too much. As others have stated in their reviews, parking pass needs to be included in rental and provided at check in. Info about the Parking Passes is unreliable and inconvenient (especially if you rent in off season).You should not have to travel to an off site location to pay for a pass after renting the unit. Owner was slow to respond to text, voice mails or emails. Had to have VRBO contact her for me each time I communicated with her. (Do Not like having to give unpleasant reviews. I have stayed at several VRBO properties and this is my first negative review.)

Good Gulf Shores vacation

This property is just as described. Nice size deck & great views. Very clean & well maintained. Loved having 3 baths with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed yet did not have a pantry so counters were clutered. Laundry room was just inside door of Condo which made for a nice dropping off of daily wash as we came in from beach. Notebook in Condo with list of great places to go and activities. We spend most days on the beach. The only reason I did not give 5 stars ~ wish the "parking pass" was included in the price of the condo as all the others were in our group ~ BTW the price of the parking pass says $10 on web site & documentation, yet it is $15 when you purchase ~ the web site says different ck out time than the documentation you receive once you make your final payment ~ owner of condo did not answer one single email after we made our final payment. Very nice property ~ would stay again.
