The outdoor amenities may be shared with guests in the neighboring unit when it is occupied. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful, share the space thoughtfully, and observe quiet hours to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

Pool Access & Heating Details

As a guest you’ll enjoy shared access to the outdoor space, including the pool, outdoor bar, and lounge areas.

Pool Heating (Optional):

Available October through April

$30 per night

Advance notice required (please request at least 24 hours prior to check-in so the pool is ready for arrival)

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per stay.

Pet fee: $150 per stay (non-refundable)

Dogs must be house-trained and flea-free

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, both indoors and outdoors

No cats or other animals permitted

Please note: Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area. Any excessive cleaning, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges.

Service animals, as defined by applicable laws and platform policies, are exempt from pet fees.

Pool Rules & Safety Information

Before using the pool, all guests must review and acknowledge the pool rules and liability waiver. These rules are in place to help ensure everyone’s safety.

POOL RULES – For Everyone’s Safety:

Use the pool at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty)

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

Keep the pool gate closed and latched

No diving

No jumping from balconies or furniture

No running or rough play

No glass in or around the pool

No pets in the pool area

Do not tamper with pool equipment

Pool access is for registered guests only

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Liability Waiver / Important Reminders:

Guests swim at their own risk

Hosts are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages in or around the pool

Report any safety or maintenance concerns immediately

Violations of these rules may result in fines or early termination of the stay
