This cozy suite is ideal for a romantic getaway, business trip, or vacation. It features a queen bed, full kitchen, private bathroom, 55” Roku TV, and Wi-Fi.

We create a special space as a guest's suite for your exclusive use which is an independent building structure at the back of the main house with private and independent entrance. Pretty quiet and created for a relaxing stay.

Located within walking distance of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and close to Florida State Fairgrounds, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Downtown Tampa, restaurants, and other local attractions.

Mimi was a wonderful host! The room was clean, the bed and couch were comfortable, and it looked exactly like the photos. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great room and very clean and nice

Great place, just like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, and updated. The only small issue we had was the neighborhood and area of the house.

Cozy and romantic

Although I stayed here with a friend, it would be perfect for a couples getaway. The property was gorgeous and made it feel like a home away from a home. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Tampa area, I will be back!

Great place & location

The rental is furnished beautifully as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Great location as well. Owner was easy to work with as well. Would stay here again. Only recommendation is to update the deposit policy to be in line with other VRBO rentals we have rented from before. The only option with this rental is to pay the non-refundable damage deposit or pay a very large deposit which is refundable 2 weeks after check out. Wish there was a 3rd option where they just hold your credit card and charge in case of damages like others.

Beware of difficult host

I would not recommend booking through this host as she was very difficult. We had a change in our travel plans and had to decrease the number of nights we were staying 10 nights down to 6 nights.The host approved this change, and this change was made before the cancellation period, although we were not refunded the nights we would no longer be there. When we brought this to the hosts attention she stated we had to contact VRBO for a refund. After contacting VRBO they stated the refund was the hosts responsibility. We notified the host of this she refunded us 25 percent of what was suppose to be refunded. When we reached out to her again she stated this was not her responsibility and again that we needed to contact VRBO. We again contacted VRBO, who again told us that the refund was the hosts responsibility. VRBO then contacted the host 3 seperate times and she still refuses to refund us.Due to her refusal, VRBO did make this right and refunded us for our nights of we did not stay. The host did not respond to our messages. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience that we have not had before with a VRBO host. I would not recommend booking through this host, especially if you anticipate your plans may change. The place over all was decent and it was close to the casino if you plan to spend time there.
