Such a great property! Everything you could need at the rental. 6 minutes to the beach, and 30 mins to Jekyll Island.

The host was very nice and let us in the place early, which was really appreciated. The place is in a great location and the lay out is nice with plenty of room and closets. The appliances were old and outdated. The furniture was very uncomfortable and the sofa was torn. Also the cleanliness of the place was questionable, the carpet looked soiled and there was several pieces of long red hair on the shower walls. All in all it was a great stay and it served our purpose.

Great Stay

We visit St Simons very often but this was our first time staying at this location. We had a wonderful experience & Candice was easy to get in contact with and always responded back quickly! We will definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay

We really felt comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. It is clean and has everything you need while there. Close to restaurants and a grocery store and a short drive to main street. Candace was very kind and communicable.

Amazing and Comfortable Stay

This is my second stay at this property and I will always check its availability for my next trip to St. Simon’s. The host is very accommodating and responds to communications quickly. The home is cozy and great for a longer stay.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was very spacious. It was well stocked with linens, towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was also very clean decorated nicely. Candice was very helpful, friendly. I enjoyed my conversations with her. We would love to return.

Nice stay in a cozy condo

We had a great time in this rental. It was a lovely, comfortable condo in a nice, small property where it was easy to walk our dog around. It was conveniently located on the island where we could get in and out quickly and visit the sites we wanted to see. The unit had everything we needed. We really enjoyed it and the owner was very quick to respond every time we reached out.

Great Host

Candace was a great host and communicated very well. The property was just as the listing said it was and was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the gated community and the pool. The condo was very clean and was located minutes from anything and everything. We will definitely use her again in the future.

Almost perfect for us!

Everything was clean, and it was everything it was listed as. It was almost perfect but I have a bad back and the master bed for me was not great. I spent most of my stay sleeping on the floor. AGAIN, the bed is probably just a me thing and everyone is different, I would rent it again with.no regrets

Place was very clean and nice. Location was quiet and private, but still very close to food and shopping amenities. Only issue we had was the air freshener was dialed up to max upon our arrival. So strong we had to unplug it and open windows and turn fan on and leave for a couple hours. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
