Uniquely located between Marco Island and 5th Avenue, within the prestigious Lely Resort this vacation home makes it easy to soak up the warm Florida sunshine! This stunning 3 bedroom has an open floor plan which is great for entertaining and sleeps 6. The Lanai is surrounded by gorgeous green, tropical foliage, allowing for privacy as you enjoy the pool and hot tub.
Upon entering the front door, you can see the pool in the back of the home. Open and spacious with lots of natural light. The primary suite has a King size bed and a large, private, full-sized bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Sliding glass doors provide access to the lanai and heated pool and hot tub.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed that can comfortably sleep 2.
The front bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full-sized bathroom located between the 2nd and front bedroom. The living room has a large screen TV and two sofas, all with views of the pool. The kitchen table seats six as well as 3 bar stools. A great table for dinner or playing games with friends or family. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals and allows for views of the pool area while cooking. The private Lanai has umbrellas and comfortable patio furniture, as well as a grill. The heated pool is excellent for day lounging or a late-night swimming and do not forget the hot tub an excellent way to relax and unwind.
This house is not suitable for small children, all children must be seasoned swimmers.

The Mustang course designed by Lee Trevino is over 7,100 yards long and has multiple tee boxes for golfer of all skill levels.
