Brand new 2023 Townhouse (End Unit) with bigger living space.
This beautiful brand new townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage and the private roof top deck with the view facing to the park. TV equipped in every room, perfect place for family with children, last but not least it's located right by public transportation.
Prime location in West Valley city minute away from highway. The house area has tons of restaurants, clinics/hospitals, only 15 minutes to downtown and airport. The space This brand new 2023 Townhouse (End Unit) has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage and the private roof top deck with the view facing to the park.
- 1st floor (ground floor): 2 car garage, 1 master bed room with 3/4 bath inside the room and smart TV
- 2nd floor: Huge kitchen with big island and dining area, open space living room w/ 70 in smart TV, half bath and lovely balcony with decent space that you can get out, chill and enjoy the park view.
- 3rd floor: 1 master bedroom w/ smart TV, 2 full bathrooms, 2 regular bedrooms w/ smart TV and laundry closet with brand new set of washer and dryer.
- 4th floor: Opening private roof top deck. Perfect for family and friends to hang out on warm/ sunny day.
- During the winter months, our water heater is capable of accommodating 3 to 4 people taking showers simultaneously. However, please allow sufficient time for the water to reheat if your group exceeds this number.
Note: 2 cars limit in the garage, more parking in visitor slot that first come first serve, check with us for more info. parking enforcer are very strict, wrongfully park will get tow away
• NO UNREGISTERED GUEST ALLOW - no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. we will charge a $50 each unregistered guests per night if you break the rule. Quiet time 10pm - 8am.
• NO SHOES ALLOW - Inside the bedroom Carpet ( If the carpet got stained during your reservation, $150 fee charged will add on for deep clean carpet after you checked out)
• NO PETS ALLOW - Due to some guests have severe allergy with animal hair. if we determine that pet in the house there will be carpet cleaning fee, house deep clean fee and other repair fee if damage. we committed to keep our house pet free for all guest to enjoy and safe for all. (Note: i'm also highly allergic to Dog's hair and Cat's hair. so please be considerate)
• NO SMOKING or ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOW inside the house or garage - there is a $300 fine if we determine guest smoke or using illegal Substances inside the home or garage. we committed to keep our house smoke free for all guest to enjoy. Removing or tampered with Smoke detector without reasoning will be a sign of smoke and we will charge a $50 replacement fee for replace each of the smoke alarm if you damage it.
• NO PARTY ALLOW - no party of any kind. No Loud music after quite time. This is a family friendly neighborhood but not a Party friendly, party fine will be $1000. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
• If you break or damage something, not an issue but please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
• Garage door need to be closed when not in use to prevent thieves and animal from going inside. Guest might be ask to pay for any damage or lost items if left it open when not there.
• Front door camera and garage's security camera for guest protection and party enforcer (video and audio will be record 24/7), please do not disable the camera, we will have to ask you to leave the home for violating the house rule. We do not have or support or allow any hidden camera inside the home. if we find out that guest leave a hidden camera for any purposes we will turn it over to the authority.
• No Food or Drink in the Bedrooms, Guest will compensate host for any food or drink stains in the bedroom.
• If anything appliances or home related items break down during your stay please notify us right away and allow us up to 24 hours so we can arrange repair. if anything urgent we will try to get it fix sooner.
• Please don’t bring any Blankets, Pillows and Blanket to backyard!!! Blankets & Pillows are meant to use inside the bedrooms. Breaking the rule might cost you for replacement of the damage item.
**For those who stay on Wednesday night, Please bring the trash containers out to the side so it can be taken away Thursday Morning
** A Big BLUE trash container is for RECYCLE trash ONLY - Please don’t throw any food trash, plastic and bottle in there.
• During Winter (snowing) time, we’re asking guest to clean your wet shoes and do not bring dirt in to the carpet. Also please leave your ski/ snowboard gears inside the garage instead bringing it inside the house or on the carpet floor.
Failure to comply to any of these will result in extra fees or have your reservation canceled without a refund.

House is big and clean and very comfortable. It is a no shoes house and slides are provided! (Something we loved when we traveled to Japan! I do wish there were smaller slides provided for the smaller feet, but we loved them!) The house is very well appointed. From a good blender to a rice cooker and everything in between. The host was quick with communications and very helpful and welcoming. Our daughter attends the UofU, if we return to SLC with the whole family, we’ll look here first and book again!

We really enjoyed the stay at the townhouse. We loved that there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. We also appreciated the quick responses when we had problems or questions. The beds were comfortable and the location was great too. My husband loved the house slippers so his feet didn’t get sore walking barefoot. My grandkids loved that there were lots of TV’s in the home and the park right out the front door. As for suggestions, we would love to have some sort of fan/ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom. We were a little warm even with the air turned down at night but it wasn't horrible. The downstairs bathroom sink and shower were pretty small but the others were all great!Overall we had a great experience and they were great hosts!
