Great Stay

Our stay here was great. The apartment was just the right size and the amenities of the apartment complex are great. The host was extremely responsive to all our needs throughout the stay! I recommend staying here. (Location is great with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and a park near by)

Comfy apartment

We had a quick and nice stay here. I was definitely a little confused about what to expect from the apartment with the misleading photo, and the sofa bed was different than expected, but it worked out okay for us, and we had everything we needed. My kids were excited about the pool, and the views were nice.

URBN apt.

The apt. is near downtown and near many restaurants and markets. Orlando’s apt. had everything I needed for my stay. However the picture you post is NOT his apt. but rather the common area on the 29th floor.

Great location

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay in this studio apt. It is in an apt building that seems dedicated to short term stays. The front desk staff were excellent and they all spoke very good English, which was helpful for us. They made good recommendations for restaurants and were just all very pleasant. Building security waa great. The building location waa great for us as it was close enough to walk to some museums and very close to a good selection of fun restaurants. The building amenities were a nice surprise. There is lots of funky community space on the 29th floor, which gave us space to hang out in a different venue if we didn’t feel like being in the apt. Plus, the views from up there were amazing. We had an issue that the owner was very amenable to resolving and we appreciated his responsiveness and courtesy in working it out. The issue did not affect our stay.

Great location

Urban Escalante is a great -lace to stay. Good location to walk to many things, the building has a lot to offer if it’s raining outside. This condo is reasonably priced.

Nice Apartment and Location

This is a nice little apartment that has an amazing view! We especially liked the easy walk to all the shops and markets a few blocks away. The building if very safe and secure with a guard at the door. They also have many extra rooms to meet in, a pool, and pet park. We didn't have time to use them but looked enjoyed looking around and seeing the interesting décor. The first picture with the umbrella's is one of those rooms in the apartment complex to give you an idea of what the building is like. That room is not part of the apartment you are renting.

Great host and amazing location

We stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 5 yo son. We enjoyed great location, close to everything. Inside the building there’s heated pool, playground, library, zen garden, and some other cool facilities which we didn’t try. Everything was clean and cozy. Thanks Orlando for your hospitality, we’ll stay again if we’re in San Jose.
