Originally built as a Carriage Barn for the Bissman Family circa 1860 ...Only 3.2 Miles from the Reformatory, 9.7 Miles from Mid Ohio Race Track, 1 Mile from Kingwood Center & only 7.3 Miles from Snow Trails Ski Resort!

***PLEASE READ ***The Coachman's Inn Unit is located on the FAR LEFT END of the building ground level entrance ... IT IS NOT THE UNIT LOCATED IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING This is on the EAST ( LEFT ) End of the building...You will have the Entire Apartment to yourself, it has its own private entrance & Porch - just follow the brick walkway to the LEFT ...
Full Kitchen with Stove/Oven ,Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher and Keurig Coffee Maker, Cookware , dinner ware, Glassware, Silverware, and cooking utensils, Living Room, Breakfast Bar area, Bath Room w/ Shower, and Large Bedroom with one queen size bed.. The TV has Apple TV - Log into your favorite streaming app and enjoy!

Located just 3 blocks from the town square makes it a very short drive to the Renaissance Theatre, Many downtown restaurants ! The Brick Yard , Coffee shops ! Lots of Night Life to choose from, The Mansfield Playhouse and shopping including Antique and Specialty shops..

The entire building is smoke free, Smoking is permitted outside only.. The building is not pet or child safe!
