This one-of-a-kind, stylish studio home located in Ashland Ohio is a real treat! Upon entering the home, you will find a modern eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, custom Amish made cabinetry, recessed and pendant lighting. Just off the hallway is a pristine, up-dated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also tucked away and off the hallway is a full-sized, stacked washer and dryer. The cozy living area is at the back of the home.. a queen size bed, a love seat and a larger flat screen tv. The aesthetics of this home are simple, yet chic and the upscale touches truly make this space inviting!

Freedom Fest 2025

Came to visit friends, see RRHOF, "Shawshank Prison", and just being a tourist in general. Had such a great time. This place is absolutely awesome! Would love to stay here again. I highly recommend this place!

Small Town America at its Best

Very clean and comfortable. Great location to relax and experience some nearby fishing. Home could use a few more hooks to hang clothing, towels, etc.

Amazing place

The place was perfect for two people, well equipped with everything from coffee to phone chargers. Lots of perfect little touches to make the stay amazing. Very clean and great communication with host. Front deck was super cute to sit on in the mornings. Location was very convenient as well.

Cute little house

I really enjoyed my stay at this cute little house. It was the perfect size for me, and the neighborhood was quiet so I could work. Everything looked brand new, and I appreciated the drinks and snacks she left for me. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Little Getaway

This house is the perfect getaway for 1-2 people and has everything you need. As an extra bonus, she left snacks and drinks for me. I would definitely stay here again because it was quiet and I could get work done.

Wedding Weekend

The prooerty is clean and exactly as advertised. It was very close to the wedding venue. We enjoyed the quiet location and the front deck under the trees. It has everything you need! The chocolates, snacks, water, and Coke were a nice,added touch!
