This comfortably furnished home with 2 beds and 1 bath is located close to the Augusta National and the medical district. There's a king bed in one bedroom and two full beds in the other. The updated kitchen features new appliances, there's a covered front porch, and the most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on. The home is located close to shopping and restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district.

Tuxedo Park is an older established neighborhood located approximately 5 miles from downtown Augusta and the medical district, 6 miles from North Augusta, and less than 4 miles from the Augusta National where the annual Masters Tournament is held each year in April. Wood park is located in the neighborhood and dogs are welcome.

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked owner's closet. This includes a flat back yard with a partially fenced yard. There is parking for 1-2 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking on the street. Access is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.

The home is nestle on a very cute street in a quiet neighborhood. It's adorably decorated and has plenty of space to spread out. The property is pet friendly and while the backyard is "fenced" if your dog is clever it's really not hard to get out. As a side note, many people in the neighborhood walk their dogs off leash, so we had an unexpected front door guest a time or two throughout our stay. Not a problem, but surprising. The bathroom is petite, not a lot of counter space and there were some missing touches, like towel hooks or hooks for your leash, etc. The shower could've used a little bit more of thorough clean and the living room had some leftover cobwebs in the corners. Overall, the home was what we needed for our stay and is in a relatively central place with more than enough space for you and your pet and whatever gear you bring. The communication was amazing and I even left something at the home which was promptly found and returned.

Quaint Little Blue House

This place is quaint, spotless and loved the decor. Beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. We were in town to see Augusta and go to the Masters golf tournament. The location was perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the park down the street. Would highly recommend. As a suggestion only would have loved a baking sheet and cutting board in the kitchen and there was broken glass in the back yard that was a bit of an issue with the children in our party

Excellent

Adorable house, perfect for our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean when we arrived. Check in was extremely smooth. The host was very accomadating to allow us to have a late check out. There is also a park with a walking track just down the street which was perfect for my morning run and walking my pup. The backyard is fenced and was so convenient for us traveling with our dog. 10/10 reccommend!
