Ceci est une cabane de montagne EXQUISE dans la communauté privée de Columbine Lake (idéalement situé à seulement un mile de la ville historique de Grand Lake). Profitez de la vie paisible à la montagne avec votre famille et vos amis car cette cabine est assez grande pour être partagée !!

La chambre principale (lit KING) et la salle de bain sont situées au dernier étage avec un loft attenant. L'étage principal contient deux autres chambres et une salle de bain complète. Lit queen dans une chambre et lit superposé sous bûche double dans l'autre. Nous avons également un futon dans la chambre des enfants pour dormir plus. Le sous-sol contient une grande salle familiale / den, une salle de bain et une chambre avec un autre lit KING. Vous ne serez pas déçu car cette maison offre beauté, confort et style montagnard.

Il s'agit d'une cabine NON FUMEUR.

Désolé, Columbine Lake est une communauté privée contrôlée par alliance. Les locataires ne sont pas autorisés à utiliser le club-house, le gazebo, les pâturages pour chevaux, les OHV ou le lac Columbine (pour la pêche, la navigation de plaisance, le paddle board, le kayak et la natation). Gardez à l'esprit lors de la réservation que cette propriété est située dans un quartier calme avec de nombreux résidents à temps plein. Veuillez prévoir d'utiliser l'un des trois lacs locaux (Grand, Granby et Shadow Mtn) pour toutes vos activités lacustres.

Family get together

Really enjoyed the Grand Retreat. Fit our family well. Lots of board games. Patio has great views for peaceful mornings. Hummingbirds were fun to watch especially for our grandchildren.

Great memories

What a wonderful stay. The cabin is stocked with everything for a simple weekend stay to a week long holiday feast. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you could need from simple dinner to a holiday turkey meal. Great location, quiet neighborhood superb deck.

Great Location for a White Christmas

If you're looking for a wintery wonderland, this is the place. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood just a short drive to Grand Lake. It has three levels, so everyone can have their own privacy. The main level offers two bedrooms, although the main one is a bit on the smaller side. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed and there is even an outdoor grill. We liked being able to enter and exit from both the second and lower floors as this gave our family on the lower level their privacy, when needed. We enjoyed the fireplace, the views and overall, our time spent here. We'll be back!

Mountain Weekend

Our family was in town for a wedding at Grand Lake Lodge and had a wonderful stay. There was ample space for everyone and we found the home to be more than comfortable for our group of 6 adults.

Great Stay!

Exactly as described, great location close to Grand Lake (not within walking distance though). Gets a little hot during the day during the warmer months but you’re meant to be out and about so not a big deal, plus they provide a bunch of fans you can place in the windows to help with air circulation and cooling a bit. Only gripe was the checkout instruction asks to do a load of laundry (full load, wash and dry) before checking out but other than that it was perfect!

This is a very nice cabin. It is spacious and clean, and the location is terrific. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property, and beds are very comfortable. Property is exactly as advertised.

Lovely retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this mountain cabin. They everything well laid out, Internet was fast (500mb down) and the house had cable in the living room which was a nice touch. The house is great for warm temperatures or cold temperatures. Be warned that the HOA of this neighborhood is overtly strict and does have a serious negative impact the fun... "don't swim in our lake unless your an approved guest." Back to the house, great layout, cold basement for the summer, lovely fireplace for cold evenings, the grill was also really nice (weber) and had permanent gas to it. This was a very professionally run cabin.

Perfect cabin for multigenerational group!

The cabin was clean, had comfortable furniture for hanging out, dining table to accommodate everyone, enough patio furniture for everyone to sit. Well stocked kitchen, showers were clean and good water pressure. It was perfect for us, ages 75 to 4 months ❤️ Rented a pontoon boat on nearby Grand Lake and it was a beautiful day!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home at Columbine Lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching moose, deer and other wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was large, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the Grand Retreat in Grand Lake!

We had such a wonderful stay here as our first time in Grand Lake. Jamie was a great host, was very responsive. The house is beautiful and we loved the true cabin feel. The house also had so much for the kids which was great and also the kitchen had a lot of tools that we were very pleasantly surprised about! We can't wait to come back again. Thank you Jamie!

Fantastic Home & Location

The Grand Retreat was the perfect place for our week long stay in Grand Lake. The home was in great condition and was very inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable for food prep and cooking and the closets were well stocked with extra pillows and blankets if needed. This was our second time to stay in the Lake Columbine neighborhood. We like it as it is very quiet and quite convenient to the heart of Grand Lake and RMNP entrance. I enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck each morning and looked forward to the wildlife I might see. While there, we saw moose twice (once walking down the road right in front of the home), four mule deer, a fox, geese flying overhead and chipmunks! Though only my husband and I stayed in this home, it would be ideal for larger groups or family. The Grand Retreat has become our favorite new rental! Hope to have another couple or even our two adult kids and their spouses join us on our next trip back. This home would be ideal for all of us with plenty of room! Already missing this place!

Nice family getaway

Had a great time in Grand Lake with my family. The house was spacious, beds very comfy. The home is a short drive to town or RMNP. The neighborhood itself is quiet, lovely for walks. The kitchen is very well suplied. The downstairs family room was good for a separate space for my adult kids to hang out. The owner was quick to respond to texts. All good.
