This is a gorgeous property and very family friendly! Has great options for adults and children, and plenty of beds.

We stayed at this VRBO for a wedding in nearby Lyon, CO with my 5 children and grandchildren. The set up was wonderful with the bedroom sizes and bunkrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved the outdoor covered porches and the ability to sit out late into the evening and visit without bugs and the warm nights. The host was super responsive to whatever requests we had and was able to help out very quickly. The size of the kitchen with table/chairs and stools was so nice along with the huge and comfortable leather sectional in the great room. Honestly the only negative comment I have is that when the great room fills up with children/adults it can be a little loud but then if it is you can go down to the lower level which also has a great couch and play area or go outside! We would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Celebration of life!

The process was streamlined. The location and of the house was so beautiful and everyone love the area and we were able to accommodate our celebration . It is truly a gorgeous area to visit. We loved the stay.

This was an amazing property. House was beautiful and well-equipped with so many outdoor spaces to enjoy. Views were gorgeous and we loved seeing the wild turkeys and mule deer on the property. As another reviewer had mentioned, the house was a little hard to find using gps, especially coming in at night. I would suggest getting directions from the hosts, just in case. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, new spacious house - perfect for multi family getaway!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in! The place was huge, with a well stocked airy kitchen, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. We enjoyed walking down to the lake and watching the wild turkeys and deer on the property. The furniture was very comfortable (I want that sectional!) and the amount of seating was well set up to accommodate a large group. We had our whole extended family (4 adult siblings spouses/kids, plus grandparents) stay and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Great spot for CSU graduation!

We had a large group of family joining us from around the US to celebrate our grad. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We had ages 1-72 join us. Beautiful home and Suzi quickly responded to our questions. GPS was a little confusing getting us to the right driveway when arriving so more detailed directions and description of what to expect when arriving would have been helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and would stay again with a large group.

Classy and Functional

My grandson’s wedding brought us in from many directions. Amazing place to come together. Yoga, Tai Chi, or simply sit on one of the several sweet spots on the porch to take in the mountains, lake, and all the flourishing wildlife. Beautiful. The layout of the home was perfect for multiple people wanting privacy, yet also wanting to spend time together. Just perfect. You cannot be disappointed - regardless of where you are coming from.
