Wind down in the inviting living room, offering welcoming sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the Keurig and drip coffee makers available! From here, you can easily access one of the home's balconies where numerous chairs await. This offers a wonderful spot to unwind with a refreshing beverage after a delicious splash in the community's heated outdoor pool. The upper floor enjoys a beautiful loft that is perfect for reading and unwinding. This level hides a second balcony with partial views of the ocean.

Complimentary Beach setup included (two chairs/one umbrella- Available seasonally, March- October) and exclusive Private Beach Access for guests of this home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
