Cette maison confortable et familiale est située dans une communauté résidentielle calme. Cette maison de plage rustique dispose d'un appartement en bas avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salon / salle à manger et lave-linge et sèche-linge ainsi que deux chambres et une salle de bain. Les deux étages supérieurs constituent une autre unité complète avec quatre chambres, deux salles de bain et des coins salon, salle à manger et cuisine et machine à laver et sèche-linge - idéal pour deux familles partageant des vacances.

Pendant les mois d'octobre à mars, seule la partie supérieure de la maison est disponible. Cette partie de la maison comprend 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain.

De grands porches, une piscine privée clôturée, un accès facile à la plage et une vue magnifique sur le golfe font de cette maison un lieu de vacances en famille idéal.

Afin d'éviter la foule, nous proposons un enregistrement et un départ pratiques et plus silencieux du dimanche au dimanche. Cela vous permet d'éviter la circulation le samedi lorsque d'autres vacanciers voyagent.


La maison est également située à 3 km de Grayton Beach et à 6 km de Seaside and Water Color. Il y a des trottoirs sur toute la distance de ces endroits, donc une balade à vélo en famille est une parfaite escapade loin de la plage.

I’m sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. I wish that you would have reached out to me if something was not completely up to your expectations. Although, only time you reached out to me was about the smoke detector beeping, which I immediately offered to have someone come correct. I also understand that you had to check out almost a week early, due to unexpected events on your end and you were hoping for a refund for that part of your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at that point in your stay, as we had booked the house for you months in advance and potentially forgo other rentals. Thank you for your understanding and business.

Great property! Beach was gorgeous and only a few steps away. Plenty of room for the entire family. The pool was greatly appreciated by the little ones! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

Great location in Blue Mountain Beach

Stayed here for our annual guys' trip. Great location. Only one house between this property and the public beach access. Easy walk to Blue Mountain beach eateries and shops, including Red Fish Taco, Blue Mabel and Blue Mountain Beach Bakery.

Amazing Stay at Blue Mountain Beach

The stay here was GREAT! The beach was close and not crowded at all. The sand was amazing, as was the ocean. The house exceeded all expectations and was exactly as described. Host was great and easily reachable. We will be back!

We had a great vacation. We loved the house. We had a total of 12 people. It was a great location, less than 1 minute walk from the beach. It was within walking ice cream, donuts, coffe, pizza, tacos to name a few. We had a great time.

Perfect vaycay

We really enjoyed this property and the approximately to the beautiful beach. The house was perfectly stocked in the kitchen. The beds were surprisingly good. Communication was good. The only small glitch was house wasn’t ready on time and house cleaner complained about us ?????

Kinya, I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry that there was a misunderstanding on the check in time of the house (4:00 pm). The property is in the central time zone, which is one hour behind the eastern time zone. I believe that you were operating on eastern time so you mistakenly thought that the house should have been ready an hour earlier. Also, the maid did not complain about you, she just likes to have all people and items out of the house until she is finished cleaning so that the house can be properly cleaned for the guests. Again thank you for your business and I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay.

Family Fun at Keepsake

This was our 3rd visit to Blue Mountain Beach 2022, 2023, 2024. This property is so convenient to everything! We were concerned this year, about the “Beach Police” but had no encounters with them. No sharks or rip currents, thank God! Wonderful memories made this year as years past! Linda T

Good stay for the money

Overall the home was clean, very close to the beach and accommodated the entire family of 11. It was also nice that the home had separate levels for added privacy. Having two kitchens made it great for our family night of grilling. The only minor issues we had were the lack of trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and dish cloths. Also there were no beach towels available and no lighting for back patio or front porch. We did have a good stay and I would recommend this home for a family vacation by the beach!

Thank you for staying at our home. I'm sorry that you were unhappy that trash bags and toilet paper were not provided for your entire stay. As is the normal practice for rentals in the area, we provide paper and cleaning products for the beginning of your stay. The guest provides paper products and cleaning products for the remainder of the stay. There is a Publix and Walmart within 10 minutes of the house for your convenience. Bath towels are provided, but we are not able to provide beach towels. Both of these procedures/rules of the house are clearly stated in the description of the property. As far as the lighting, I wish that you would have communicated with me that there was a problem and I would have attempted to correct the situation. We had renters staying in the house immediately before you and they did not encounter any problems. This leads me to believe that a light bulb may have needed to be replaced.

Keepsake

We have been vacationing for close to 50 years in the Florida pan-handle and this experience was great. Great location, easy beach access. The home was perfect for our family. The view of the beach from the third floor was a bonus. We have a large family with ages that range from 1 to 73. We were thinking that it was going to be a little small but since it had a pool as we do at home we gave keepsake a try. I’m glad we did. The two staircases, front and back, provided easy access to the upper floors. The grounds keeping could use a little work but other than that we would stay again. Thank you for great time.

Good for the Beach enthusiast

This is an excellent location to the beach and does have a pool. It was just across the road to beautiful beach access. Overall it is great and very quiet . The add said 2 Mike’s from Seaside, but it was almost 5 to city center. My mistake for not checking it out further ahead of time .There is a paved path all the way. The house is older and does have and older house smell on first arriving. We came during the off season so only had the bottom floor that only has 1 bathroom but it was large and the toilet area was separated with a door. My husband and I were very happy. The teenage girls were not. Since we thought it was closer to seaside we did not rent a gulf cart and of coarse there were none to be rented do to spring break. If we had younger children this would have been perfect.

Cindy, Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately you misunderstood the description of the location of the house. Under the location description we list: "Grayton Beach is 2 miles from the house and Seaside is 4 miles from the house." Our house is located 2 miles from Grayton Beach and 4 miles from Watercolor/Seaside. I did not specifically measure the distance to the "city center" in Seaside as the Watercolor/Seaside location is one continuous strip/restaurant area when you enter. Also, if you were not happy with the smell of the house upon arrival, I wish that you would have contacted me and I would have happily sent the cleaner out to correct the situation. We really take pride in the house and try our very best to make sure that our renters are happy, I just have to be made aware when there is a problem.

Great family home convenient to beach

This was a wonderful home for our large family. It was convenient to beach boardwalk, ice cream shop, and restaurants, all within easy walking distance (even for out of shape elderly folks). It was clean, and the beds slept wonderfully. Be prepared to do without clear phone service though, and intermittent wifi. We had to purchase a mop, as there was not one provided, and be prepared to bring all toilet paper, hand soap, and dish liquids. The grass desperately needed cutting, which prevented us from having the kids play in the grass, and the outdoor furniture needs refurbishing. My daughter, holding her baby, collapsed backward onto the ground when a chair broke because the frame was rusty. There were ample chairs to pull into use, however, and the pool was PRISTINE. The grill was huge and perfect. The outdoor hot shower was great! We loved the porches, and would love to stay there again. 8 or 9 out of 10!!!

Steven, I'm so happy that you enjoyed your stay! As far as the intermittent phone service, this is a result of the extremely high number of people vacationing in the area. This is not just our house, but is happening all around the area during the busy season. As far as the wifi, we have never had problems with intermittent wifi service, so I wish that you would have contacted me so that I could have communicated with the internet provider, Mediacom, to resolve the issue. I also wish that you would have communicated with me about the yard, as I would have immediately sent someone out to cut the lawn. Also, it is standard for rentals in this area to provide enough paper products and soaps to get you started for the week. To avoid any misunderstanding, we have clearly stated on the property description, that we provide these items only for the beginning of the stay. Again, thank you for staying at our house and I'm so happy that you enjoyed your vacation!

Good location

Very close to beach. Few issues but owner responded quickly. Close to beach, places eat. Good location. Home was nice and clean. Pool in the back yard is great when your taking a break from the beach.
