Welcome to Grand Sunrise! This 2 bedroom, 1 loft, 2 bath lakeside cottage has room for all!
As you walk in from the covered front porch, you are greeted with an open-concept living space that features a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need from making a fresh cup of coffee to a tasty home-cooked meal. The living room that is the perfect spot to relax after a long day on the water. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows. The couch also pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa!
Continue through the main level and you’ll find a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Head upstairs where you’ll find a cozy loft furnished with a sofa w/ chaise that is also a queen pull out. Also in the loft, there is a 3-tiered bunk bed that is a twin over a full over a twin trundle. Everyone has a place to sleep! Attached to the loft, there is an attached balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and lake views which can`t be beat!
There is also another private bedroom with a queen bed as well as an attached full bathroom that is stocked with fresh bath linens. You can enjoy a relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest.
Grand Sunrise guests also get to enjoy a private outdoor patio and hot tub all year round!
Boardwalk Village guests will have access to enjoy both pools, grills, outdoor dining areas, a four-season pool house, yard games, and more. Free parking is also available for guests. Guests will receive a door code prior to arrival for an easy self-check-in.
We’re just minutes from downtown Celina, where there you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. You can walk, bike, or rent a golf cart to explore the area.
Book your stay at Grand Sunrise to soak up the views, the vibes, and laid-back lake life! BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 12. On the main floor, there is a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On the second floor, there is another private bedroom with a queen bed along with a loft that has a second queen sleeper sofa and a 3-tiered bunk bed that is a twin over a full over a twin trundle (sleeps 5).
PARKING: This house comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.
POOL: We will provide 12 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for staying guests only. *Pool Season: May - September (time frame may change depending on weather)* *Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur in the pool area.*
HOT TUB: This unit has its own private hot tub on the outdoor patio for Grand Sunrise guests only. Our maintenance tech will be around the Village as he does regular visual and chemical checks on the hot tubs. You may see him during your stay, but he is just making sure everything is good to go.
PETS: This unit is NOT pet friendly. However, we do have select units that are pet friendly at Boardwalk Village – Pelican’s Perch, The Captain, 769 TH, 771 TH, Sandlot, Glistening Gem, Sunny Shores, and Coastal Charm.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.
ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.
BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more!
BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.
SUB SHACK: We`ve got two awesome Sub Shack locations! Boardwalk Marketplace - Our seasonal (May 1st-September 30th), weather-based spot serving subs, salads, apps & more. Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!
FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Shipyard Sports and Event Center. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.
BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on its regular route throughout Celina on weekends from May 1st through September 30th. From October 1st through April 30th, you can call in advance to reserve the Blue Goose. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!
COCONUT HUT: located in the Boardwalk Marketplace, is open and serving up island vibes, delicious food from the Sub Shack, and tropical drinks, 7 days a week from May 1st -September 30th! It`s a lively, laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere we`ve created for guests and locals alike - and we hope you`ll come check it out!
WEEKLY/MONTHLY OFF-SEASON DISCOUNTS: We offer a 15% weekly discount if you stay 7+ nights and a 30% monthly discount if you stay 30+ nights. These discounts are valid during our OFF-SEASON months only (October-April). The discount codes can be applied at the time of booking your reservation but are not valid if you are taking advantage of our extended stay program. We have the right to remove the discount code from your reservation if you are staying in a unit that is part of our extended stay program. The below details will show the validity period for each discount code:

An extended stay booking is for short-term, temporary lodging only. No tenancy rights or landlord-tenant relationships are created. This property may not be used as a permanent or primary residence. Guests may not receive mail or packages at this address. Guests must vacate the premises by the end of the reservation. Failure to vacate will result in additional charges, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
**The fourth phase of Boardwalk Village is currently under construction. Construction will begin October 2025 and is expected to be finished Summer 2026. This is taking place on the far South end of the property. Do take this into consideration when booking as there will be construction work going on during this time frame from 8am-4pm during the week. The crews will be cognizant of guests staying during this time and will keep noise as minimal as possible while still trying to stay on schedule to completion. Thank you for your understanding!**

Beautiful property that is great for any type of vacation. We went as a bachelorette group and were able to use the boardwalk ammenities like the bar and grille for a casual outing. Celina is small so we were able to walk to local bars and restaurants outside of the boardwalk village. Families were there as well for vacations and I’ll definitely be trying to convince mine to go here next.

Wonderful weekend getaway! The host had a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. Great communication with them. Extremely clean and cozy. Perfect dual stay, night one with my husband and 2nd night with my friends for Galentines. We definitely will be back.

The stay was perfect. Definitely rebooking…The only things that need mentioning are: Window sills were needing a cleaning, no instructions on how to turn on the outdoor hanging lights over the hot tub area and one handle on the hot tub cover was broken… other than those few minor things everything was ON POINT!
