We`re perfect for a unique and relaxed getaway that is still in close proximity to shopping, dining, and other entertainment options!

Welcome to Tropical Trio! A beautiful, lakeside cottage that feels like a home away from home! It is step-free to the main floor AND has a `hidden` playroom nook for kids to enjoy.

-STEP-FREE on the main level. There is a ramp on the side of the unit that leads you into Tropical Trio. Main level includes living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom and master bedroom.

As you walk in from the welcoming covered porch, you are greeted with a fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need from making a fresh morning cup of family-owned, small-batch roasted Steadfast coffee to a tasty home-cooked meal. The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. We have also provided you with a variety of games that will keep you entertained even on those rainy afternoons!

On the main level, there is a private bedroom with a king bed along with a full bathroom that has rain shower heads. Attached to the living room area, that has a queen sleeper sofa, is a foyer area with a stackable washer and dryer and also a door that leads you to a private, outdoor patio for you to enjoy during your stay! This patio does have a ramp that allows for step-free accessibility.

Head upstairs where you`ll find a spacious bunk room, perfect for entertaining and furnished with 2 twin beds. There`s even a `hidden` playroom nook that kids will love to spend time in. Attached to the bunk room is a private balcony that overlooks the beauty that Boardwalk Village offers!

Upstairs is where you`ll also find another full bathroom with rain shower heads as well along with two more private bedrooms. One private bedroom has a queen bed and the other private bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath.

All of the bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath linens. You can also rest assured you`ll have a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets and coverlets.

Tropical Trio has an attached, lower-level one car garage with an additional entry to the back of the cottage to the parking lot for convenient parking lot access.

Enjoy the many perks of staying at Boardwalk Village. Not only is there a refreshing, heated pool right next door at our other cottages, but there is a beautiful, over-sized pool just steps away from your front door that you are welcome to enjoy! You can even stop over at the community grilling area next to the pool to grill up your favorite meals...play a few rounds of cornhole while you`re at it!

In search of some outdoor recreational fun?! We can`t be on the lake without offering just that! Stop by Helton Lodge Rentals, right next door to Boardwalk Village, where you can rent a pontoon, Speedster boat, golf carts, kayaks, and more! They are your one-stop-shop to get you around Grand Lake!

Just a few more steps and you`re at Boardwalk Grill! We highly recommend having dinner there at least once. You`ll get to experience fresh food, hand-crafted cocktails and live music..all lakeside!

Guests do not need to check in at an office. They will receive a personal door code that will activate at the time of check-in. Boardwalk Village guests will have access to both pools, grilling station, outdoor dining area, and green space. Free parking is also available for guests (parking pass(es) provided in each unit).

Celina (voted best hometown in Ohio!) is home to 10,000 residents and Ohio`s largest inland lake, Grand Lake St. Mary’s. It’s a great location for boating, fishing, or taking part in one of Celina’s many summer festivals. You will be within minutes of several local restaurants and Celina’s downtown area, where the west edge of the lake contains a wide boardwalk, suitable for walking or bike riding while enjoying the lakeside view.

Guest parking is available at Boardwalk Village. Everything is within walking, biking or short driving distance. You can even rent a golf cart or bicycle from Helton Lodge Rentals to help get around town!

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 10. On the main floor, there is a full bathroom, a private bedroom with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second floor has a bunk room with 2 twin beds. Upstairs also has two more private bedrooms – one has a queen bed and the other has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. You can also find the other full bathroom upstairs as well.

STEADFAST COFFEE: In this unit, you will find Steadfast Coffee that is roasted locally here in Celina, OH. Steadfast Coffee is made with the highest quality ingredients that provides you with a superb taste.

PARKING: This house has an attached one car garage as well as 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.

POOL: We will provide 10 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for staying guests only.

*Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur in the pool area.*

PETS: This unit is NOT pet friendly. However, we do have select units that are pet friendly at Boardwalk Village – Pelican’s Perch, The Captain, 769 TH, 771 TH, Sandlot, Glistening Gem, Sunny Shores, and Coastal Charm.

EXTRAS: There is a bottle warmer located in the kitchen.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.

BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, golf carts, and more!

BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.

SUB SHACK: We`ve got two awesome Sub Shack locations! Boardwalk Marketplace - Our seasonal (May 1st-September 30th), weather-based spot serving subs, salads, apps & more. Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!

FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Shipyard Sports and Events Center. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.

BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on its regular route throughout Celina on weekends from May 1st through September 30th. From October 1st through April 30th, you can call in advance to reserve the Blue Goose. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!
