Tidy house on a pond

We enjoyed our stay at this nice little house. We were able to park in the garage, a definite bonus! A nice neighborhood surrounds the place and there is convenient access to necessary shopping. Our host was very responsive, replying to questions via Vrbo messaging quickly. The view over the little lake behind the house was very relaxing.

Visiting family in the area.

The house was perfect for us to come and spend time with kids and grandkids living nearby. We had a great time. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great surroundings, nice house but it's not sufficient equiped with kitchen appliances and seatings. Space missing for dining.Nice rooms, good living area. And we enjoyed it

Comfortable house in a neighborhood, close to where we needed to be. Loved the water view out the back. Great communication with the host.

Our host was great. We had a few issues with the air conditioning, and she sent a service man to check out. We stayed three weeks and the location was nice and quiet. It’s an ideal property for kids, however be sure you bring things to entertain them, books, games etc.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed for 3 weeks and loved the peaceful community and amazing pools. You have access to 3 common pools in the community that offer shade, loungers, playground, dog park, sun tanning and swimming. We spent most of our time at the main community pool as it was always empty and felt like a resort. There is 3 good beds and lots of closet space. The sun is in the back yard for the mornings and in the front yard for the afternoon and evening which is great when it is not outside and you want to relax. There is a charcoal bbq onsite that we did not use but good size for a bbq. We travelled 30-40 mins to most beaches and enjoyed the soft sands of Florida. I would highly recommended this house for groups of friends or families as it had lots of room and is very clean.

Not a gated community

Besides not being a gated community as stated in the description, it was lacking in amenities. (No kettle, very little silverware, etc.) The hand soap dispenser in the kitchen was diluted so much with water that it was all water. The oven had something spilled on the bottom so we didn't use it due to fire hazzard. Basically the kitchen was just dirty. The patio had an ashtray with cigarette remains still in it. The rest of the house was clean. There were ants. Fortunately. I was able to pick up the ant baits before my dog found them. (They were out in the open). No place to sit and eat, decorative table in dining area with only two chairs for a 3 bedroom house

Hi Robert! I wish you had expressed your concerns to me during your stay. I would have absolutely addressed them right away. And sent any missing items you may have found. We transitioned to a different cleaning company and probably that’s where the issue stems from. I do apologize for any inconvenience. Take care!

Op zich ok. Maar miste wel een eettafel, weinig bestek en glazen en bekers. Maar 2 tuinstoelen en wat zeker beter is een hek om de tuin met de krokodillen die daar gezellig zwemmen.En iets meer verzorgde tuin. En wat meer info betreft de tag aan de sleutel dat die vh zwembad is. Dat moest een buurvrouw vertellen
