Everything was just as described for this property. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the manatees. There was also a boat tour company inside the resort at the marina, Latitudes, that had a wonderful sunset/dinner cruise. Hook's Bar & Grill had really good food! It was a little chilly for us to get in the pool, but we did enjoy the hot tub while we were there! We would definitely stay there again! :)

The host was very welcoming and provided plenty of information of the surrounding areas for us to enjoy our time there. All the amenities were in good condition except for the guest bathroom fans that was very loud for some reason, but we were able to used there other two additional bathroom and that was just a minor issue. Thank you so much for allowing to enjoyed your lovely home! I will highly recommend it to family and friends.

The condo was perfect. Easy check in, great communication and plenty of space. The unit had everything we needed from linens to kitchen gadgets. Quiet community with nice restaurants and amenities. We were able to extend our stay twice, quick and easy communication. Would recommend if looking to stay in the area.

Wonderful place great family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The townhouse was well located, spacious and clean. The balconies and outdoor spaces around the house are ideal to spend time outside. The access to the private beach and pool is great too. We would go back anytime!

Very good location and home

Great place to stay with good facilities both in the house and club house The clubhouse closes very early but seems that Ruskin as a whole does, small town effect. The house was great the first time we stayed and was equally as good this time

Wonderful Stay

Ruskin itself is a very small town but the property is a hidden jewel with a resort feel. The townhouse was decorated with such a beachy feel and had everything one could need. We were able to travel to Siesta Key and several beaches in the area with no trouble and there were days we just stayed on property. The sunsets on the bay were amazing! Thank you!

Easter trip

Place was nice and quiet. There was just a little hiccup in the check in process, but it was corrected quickly. We went down to watch our son get baptized and spend time with our granddaughters. The only thing is that the bathroom fans are extremely loud and the fan in the master bathroom wasn't working, but other than that it was great.

Had a good time!

This is a great property! Loved being on the canal and watching the manatees with our cup of coffee in the morning. Loved the beach (about a 1/2 mile walk away). The restauarant at the beach was a bonus. Sunsets were pretty from the top deck. If you rent this property, please be aware that there are no beach chairs provided and, as described in the property description, there are very few houshold supplies provided. You will need to take a trip to a store soon after you arrive. I would stay here again!! We enjoyed it!!!

3273 Little Harbor Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Had problem with unlocking the door when we arrived, made two calls to property manager before problem was resolved. No instructions on how to get TVs to work (several remotes, but didn't work.) Internet service spotty and slow. All in all, a great stay, would return if in the area.

Recent stay at Little Harbor.

Overall was pleased with the home and location but when we checked in our place reeked of cigarettes and took several days to get the smell out.. it was advertised at smoke free. There was fireworks for the 4th but we were run off the beach by a female security office and was very disappointed that there wasn’t exceptions made so that we could enjoy watching fireworks from the beach.

Bathroom fans

The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. We needed to contact the cleaning person due to an issue in the kitchen, but that was handled quickly and efficiently! Our only issue would be extremely loud bathroom fans. All of them. It is too bad there isn’t a switch for just the light so you wouldn’t hear the fan every time you used the bathroom.

Great property for two or a couple

Property is well located at the Little Harbor resort. I would have given it 5 stars but for the amenties. One tiny bar of soap in both baths, shampoo tiny but adequate and it would have benefited by a box of kleenex in each bedroom or bath. These are not expensive items and would have been much more welcoming and expectable. The front deck is very noisy due to the a/c units, however, the smaller back deck is beautifully shaded and overlooks the bay...very nice. The master bedroom is spacious and the 2nd bedroom is adequate. Both have their own baths. The common areas, kitchen,dining and living room, are very comfortable and the washer dryer is a nice convience. Use of the resort pool is a bonus. Yes we would stay there again. This is a good value for the area. Thanks for opening your property to us.

Manatees in the mornings

We had never been to Florida or used VRBO. Even better than expected! The property was so clean, this was so important to us as we were traveling with my 5 month old son. The balconies were amazing, literally bay views from both sides! We loved seeing the manatees playing in the mornings, great way to start the day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make our coffee. The location had a restaurant in walking distance, bar, and beach. It was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We would come back to this property in a heart beat! The private beach was stellar. Only regret was not taking a tour or fish boat from the fishing / yacht area on the property; will do next time. It wasn't hard to get from the airport to the property. The payment here and part on another site was alarming but it was legit (called VRBO and they promised to back it) and it was no issue. The management quickly responded when we had questions. No complaints.

Lovely getaway

The property is everything that is advertised! Very clean, very spacious, very well-appointed. Watching the manatees play all day long was frosting on the cake. The only thing that I might suggest is to make information about the facility more specific, also including a map of the resort. We could not find the fitness center on various tries! Also, it might help others if the information about the unit itself was more specific. The directions we had about the door lock just said to push in the code and listen for the lock engagement. It was only after a lot of fiddling and anxiety, plus a call to management (who called back after we finally made it work), my mechanically-inclined husband figured out that the code needed to be input and the dead bolt turned while the lights were still flashing. Also, some specific instructions about the TVs might be helpful to those who are not very savvy about streaming, etc. Still, it was a good experience, and one we would do again!
